I love to cosplay and I also love RWBY!So when I saw this I thought it would be perfect. When it came I opened the box and I was horrified no instructions a bunch of screws and a few pieces. Not to mention very sharp I cut my leg with the top of it while trying to assemble. The wood is cracked and the blade is completely scratched up. I don't even have time to return I just used gorilla glue to hold everything together not work the 70-80 bucks I wish I can get my money back

This is not even worth a one star, no instruction manual and on top of that the holes for the phantom screws weren't even aligned and some holes were missing. i had to crazy glue everything together...oh and they sent the wrong type of screws

Purchased for my child for Christmas gift that she had asked. she wasn't asking much for Christmas so of course I had to buy this even after reading the reviews I was hoping it wasn't as bad as soon people wrote. At first when I received it, it looked okay. But It started falling apart right away. I couldn't send it back cause once again this was for my daughter for Christmas and only thing she asked for was the RWBY scythe and the books. If you want you can add glue to it to get it from falling apart. But still it also came with alot of scratches. Overall would not recommend don't waste your money not worth it or try building one yourself.

Pros: it was easy to put together (there are 2 sets of screws - a set of female and male screws) It is nice looking and sturdy. It has a weight cause it is made out of wood. Keep that it mind as you are going to be carrying it around. But it's good and stable and you can totally put the pscythe part on the floor. I was able to do poses with it without it breaking apart.Cons: Minor adjustments really - no scope. Easily remedied by super gluing a black tube. It doesnt fold (thank god) it is not as big as in the anime. But big means = heavier. The tips are sharp (duh) just be careful wielding it cause it might actually hurt someone. One of the tip landed on my knee. But that is my fault lolOverall - very well made.

ITS BROWN!!! Pieces didn’t fit properly ... Not as advertised. Absolutely no quality control. Don’t waste your money! Wish I could give it negative stars. Customer service sucks. Thank goodness Amazon backed me up and got my refund.

For the price it is pretty okay. The answered question in that section is wrong though. It is dull because it's just wood. Its not thinned at the blade at all, so no idea where they got that answer.Quality isn't really there, and this is going to force me to sand this and repaint it. Once I do it'll be pretty nice. Doesn't come with directions. Would be nice to have gotten this and not needed to do extra steps like sanding and repainting, but for the price I guess it's fine.

The item came. Seems great but it didn't come with any hardware (screws). We've went to several different hardware stores but are unable to find any that fit.During the Anime Expo this weekend we found out that it was suppose to come with hardware.Are you able to send the hardware?

I like the concept but the workmanship was terrible the screws were not aligned very well. Future reference make sure it actually gets put together and not half-assed. Not satisfied at all with this product. Totally did not get what I paid for.
