This Christmas gift for our 12 year old Granddaughter was a huge hit…she LOVED it and immediately went to work. She was happy and so were we!! The details of these new Legos kits are amazing.

I bought this for my grandson last Christmas and I was happy to see it was still set up in the den six months later. He was still enjoying it, and could play with it at will.

This was my first Lego set and I'm hooked. I am a huge Harry Potter fan and this had been on my wish list for a while; when we were told of the Dumbledore actors passing I knew it was time. I am now addicted to Legos, they are so relaxing and this one specifically was so fun to put together and only took about 3 hours. The detail is great and the Lego figures are so cute. Highly recommend.

I really love this set. I’m a huge Harry Potter fan and I love the fact that this set is interactive. The two ends of the forbidden section of the library are on swivels allowing them to swing out (see pictures above). However, this set is not an easy set to build and I wouldn’t recommend it for a child younger than 10 even though the box says 8+. With 656 pieces, an 8 year old may have a hard time with it and might need mom or dad to help them. Overall, I think this set is a must-have for any Harry Potter fan!Edit:When I was building this set, I noticed that it was missing quite a few pieces (see photos). It still looks great, nevertheless! At 656 pieces, it is a larger set and a more complex build than I was expecting. I would not recommend this set for a beginner builder. This set is a great value for any Harry Potter fan!
