Is the aerator removable?

Is there any warranty with this faucet? Does install of drain need plumbers putty?

Does anyone know how the two areators are different in the flow?

Our area has good water pressure, so the aerators seem to soften the flow. Just make sure to let it flow for awhile and remove and clean the aerator as sometimes some gunk will collect.

What is the best way to clean the black one, without ruining the finish?

We recommend cleaning the bathroom faucet finish with mild soap, rinsing thoroughly with warm water and drying with a clean soft cloth. Never use cleaners containing abrasives (including abrasive sponges or steel wool), ammonia, bleach or sodium hypochlorite, organic solvents (e.g., alcohols) or other harsh chemicals (e.g., lime scale removers) to clean the finish, as they may damage the finish.
