The Sofa Source 3", Elastic 10% Stretch Latex Webbing 3" inches Wide x 40' feet, for Furniture Repair DIY

Everybody who has patio furniture with webbing will need to replace the webbing eventually. We have metal patio furniture of good quality so buying a new set wasn't an option. The old webbing was stapled in place and not held in by braces and screws.It was an easy task to pull the staples and remove the old webbing. My technique for replacement was to use the existing staple holes and enlarge them with a drill bit. Then to fix each end of the webbing to the frame using 8 x 9/16 sheet metal screws - three screws to a side. The webbing needs to be stretched tightly when affixing its second side to the frame to eliminate early sagging. So its a bit of work but I am satisfied with the result. Hope this helps.

We bought this for our DIY project. The straight springs in our sofa completely broke and we decided to fix it ourselves. Firstly, I tried to fix it with duct tape (completely fail). Secondly, I started searching and this 3" Elastic Webbing came up and of course I went with the best price and reviews. That is why I chose this webbing over others. OVERALL, IT FEELS AND LOOKS LIKE GOOD QUALITY. It was suggested by Amazon that other customers often bought with some metal webbing strips and some screws which I decided to buy. I opted out on buying the expensive webbing stretcher and decided my husband can do it. It was hard!!! so buy the stretcher!!! We ended up not using the metal webbing strips (same vendor) nor the screws. We ended up going with heavy duty staples. Anyway, the ELASTIC 3" WEBBING WAS PERFECT!!!! It gave our sofa the support it needed. Now we hope it lasts. We will update on durability.

Sorry folks I welded a frame for a dog bed and used the webbing for the dog bed cushion to sit on. Not exactly the intended use. I will say I weaved the webbing across and secured it on each end with 3/4" X 1/8" flat bar on either side. If I need another bed or even to replace the webbing I am going to get the stretch comb to give it a little tighter tension. My dog loves the new bed! she is rather large and she can stretch out now. A similar Kundura bed would have maybe been a little cheaper but I am super happy with this. it is just the right size and I know it will last.

The product was a great replacement for the webbing that existed on the couch, love seat, and chair, that I was replacing due to age, and falling apart leaving little or no support. The webbing was perfect, replacing a 2.5 inch width with a 3 inch was a great call, better support with fewer webbing strips, thus the 3 rolls I purchased were exactly the right number. The webbing was easy to use, and with the simple but very effective stretch tool I purchased at the same time, I was able to easy get every strip to the right tightness. The order came as promised, and the stored offered any assistance I might need. I would order this again if I had any further webbing to replace.

I was in the middle re-elasticating my Natuzzi sofa when I ran out of the original webbing I had bought. A little apprehensive, I purchased this wondering if it was the same strength, but it had next day Prime delivery, so I took the chance.This webbing is is so easy to use! You really don't need a stretching tool to apply this, it is strong and can easily be pulled by hand enough to provide a strong support to your sofa.I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to save money and re-elasticate their own sofas!!!

Ordered three rolls. The product itself is great. Worked for our purpose BUT the last roll which was supposed to be 40 feet long was in two pieces! Which messed up what we were trying to do. We used it as a barrier on our deck to keep a very small puppy away from the edge.

To fix our natuzzi couch whose foam was sagging, we added a slab of firm 3" foam and another layer of this webbing underneath. It worked like a charm. We weren't able to get a webbing stretcher inside the frame of the couch, but this webbing doesn't have as much stretch to it so it was easy to pull it tight by hand.

I bought 2 different products from Amazon to re-strap 2 outdoor chairs and a sofa. This webbing is by far superior and I just ordered more to replace the other product. True that it doesn't have much stretch but I would rather have the seating support than the sagging caused by the stretchier product. This one is much thicker and sturdier as well. I would definitely recommend this product.
