I personally liked this mic
Its build quality is very good, and in the price range it comes in, this mic offers great value. I personally liked this mic a lot.

So Bad Quality or product
⭐ 1 Star Review – Completely Disappointed I purchased this wireless microphone specifically for my iPhone 13 Pro, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The receiver appears to be defective right out of the box. The Type-C charging port does not accept any cable properly. I tried 3–4 different USB-C cables, including the one provided in the box, and none of them fit correctly. This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect. The microphone unit itself charges, but since the receiver cannot be charged, pairing never happens. As a result, the product is completely unusable. For a brand selling products for iPhone users, this level of quality control is unacceptable. This has been a complete waste of time and effort. I strongly do NOT recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable wireless mic. ⭐ 1/5 – Very poor quality and highly disappointing experience.

Very Disappointing Experience
I bought this product thinking it was a great deal — good price and a 2-year warranty, but I was completely wrong. Within a month of purchase, the product stopped working. I had used it only once, and it was already defective. I contacted Amazon customer support, and they asked me to send the product to Digitech service centre. The company followed their 7-day repair policy, but after 9 days, I received the same defective product back — no repairs were done. I again reached out to Amazon, and they said that if the brand fails to repair or exchange, I’d get a refund. I’ve submitted all the required documents multiple times, but till now, there has been no refund or any proper response from Amazon. Overall, a very frustrating experience — both the product quality and after-sales service were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
