Wonderful sound, blocks out a lot of noise. Steelseries always comes correct with even their cheaper products! I use this for my ps5, switch 2, and sometimes my MacBook and it works flawlessly. The mic is very good and being retract it in and out is a great feature. They are also so comfortable! The headband makes it feel like there is a barely anything on your head. Super light! Truly plug and play. Volume control is a little touchy but works just fine.

Each SteelSeries I’ve bought has been raved about. My brothers, boyfriend and I all love them. They sell themselves. Comfort, quality sound and quality made AND affordable. Even their base models hit all the marks, noise cancellation and volume adjustability and having a working mic. Never have anything bad to say about a SteelSeries. My brother doesn’t treat his stuff well but loved his set so much in comparison to other headsets that he used his SteelSeries for years after breaking part of the band, rather than using a perfectly new TurtleBeach. If it’s not SteelSeries, it’s not for us.

The Good: This headset has fantastic build quality and I love the colors/material used. The fitment is easy to adjust and it cups my head perfectly, and I don't feel any discomfort after longer periods of use. Its clean, its neat, its comfortable and the audio quality is better than what I would consider average. Its surprisingly hard to find a headset without RGB (that you're not even gonna see anyway cuz its on the sides of your head lol) and this one nailed the overall design. The mic felt flimsy at first but its actually really nice having so much adjustment rather than just a static, swiveling arm like other headsets. It also stores really nicely to keep your space organized. The Bad: It took me longer than I'd like to admit to get this thing working.. There were no instructions included, but I found a SteelSeries YouTube tutorial. Turns out I had the cable plugged in backwards and did not know to download their GG app for more settings. The packaging itself feels like I just paid an extra $5 for some stickers I'll never use, and some "ooh's and awe's" effects. Also the cable is a little short which can be an issue on PC if your tower isn't close to you, but it's a toss up because a longer cable would make it a hassle for console/controller users. What it would take for me to have given 5 stars? Include instructions in the box, or at least a QR code to link your own YouTube unboxing and setup video. Then get rid of the stickers because 99% of them are going to end up in landfills anyway. I don't even care if it drops the price, the stickers just feel like a waste of time/energy/resources.

I am a hardcore gamer, so when I need equipment like keyboards, mice, and or headsets I always go with "Steel Series". While it is name brand and can be expensive, you get your moneys worth. This headset is amazing and very comfortable. It has high-quality sound that can let you hear things you normally couldnt hear through a speaker. The microphone sound is clear and everyone listening to you can hear clearly without any inconvenient noises thay come with some mics. I also find it convenient that the mic is fully retractable as that when I am not using it I can simply tuck it away. Another thing I like is that the mic arm is flexible and can be moved closer to you or further out most others. As for the head frame, there is a cloth piece that spans the width of the headset thaf is adjustable and or removable. This is very convenient and comfortable as wearing headsets (particularly the hard plastic that sits on the head), for long periods of time can hurt or be uncomfortable. Also the ear pieces are made from very soft breathable cloth and they are big enough to fit around the ears instead of sitting on them or the edges. I have had multiple headsets and all of them sat on the edges of my ears and would eventually become uncomfortable but not with this set. The ears on this set literally fits AROUND the ENTIRE ear and instead of MOST of the ear. Other sets you can feel your ears under the edge of the cover but with this one you can not feel them at all. As far as long gaming sessions I have sat in on a four hour session with this set and the comfort was so great that I nearly forgot I was wearing a headset. It also has a large built in on / off button for the microphone as well as a big volume roll button for volume control.

I’ve been using this headset for Teams meetings, and it’s been fantastic. The audio is crystal clear, and the noise-cancelling mic picks up my voice perfectly. It’s lightweight, comfortable for long calls. For the price, the quality is outstanding. Highly recommended for both work.

Update: I have only had these for less than 4 months with light use and for some reason this earpiece snapped off like butter. HOW TO FIX BROKEN EARPIECE: There is a tiny screw that fell out. Find the black screw and then screw it back in and it will be like brand new again. Original Review: I have been rocking these for a few weeks now and I'm impressed with the sound quality, but it would have been nice to show me how the mute button works, because it's kind of hard to tell if it should be pushed down or not for it to be muted at first. But, these headphones are superior quality and the retractable mic is the bomb. It's just difficult to push in and pull out sometimes cuz it's so bendy, but I don't have to worry about it breaking easy, because they're great quality and they sound great too!

worked great until it didn't. Have had this headset for just over 90 days and the microphone stopped working. Can't get real customer support from the manufacturer. The product must be returned to the authorized reseller in its original packaging, if possible, or packaging affording an equal degree of protection.' Clearly they are not going to make this easy to warranty.

Well made and worth the money if you spend a lot of time gaming. The comfort level is amazing.
