iRULU Retractable Artificial Leather Case & USB Keyboard for 7 inch 16:9 Android Tablet PC

Purchased this for my son's iRulu tablet and he thinks it's a mini laptop. He loves the keyboard. The only issue I have with this case. Is when you put in the device the tabs only hold it on the top and the bottom, it is nothing like it shows here in the picture. There are no side tabs to hold the tablet in place, so when you turn the case to the side when it's closed the whole tablet falls out. Poorly designed in this matter. What I did was put small tabs of Velcro on the back of the device, then I put it back in the case and closed it. Walla, no more sliding out. All the functions of the keyboard work good. The caps key, number lock key, and scroll lock key all turn on with the lights at the top and function. Keyboard is very small, but perfect for little fingers like my sons. Connection works great when scrolling through the tabs, and it also has a Fn+ZZzzz button to put the device to sleep and turn it back on. I would have given this a 5 star but I did not like the fact that the device was vulnerable to falling out of the sides when the case was closed.

It does what it says. Its a reliable keyboard. Universal fit.But its just too small for typing. If you hunt and peck you may prefer the reduced distance to the next letter but nobody is going to touch type with both hands legibly.I wish it was self supporting. It needs a hard flat surface.

I'm going to keep this short, because I don't want to waste my time with this product much longer. The only good thing about this purchase was the insanely fast delivery, thanks to Amazon. Amazon--you guys rock. This product, however, is extremely poorly made and isn't even worth the $9.99 I paid for it.Cons:-Nearly everything. Poor build quality. The white stitching is loose in several places, the keys aren't even aligned correctly (some keys are crooked or bent), the spacebar sticks constantly and squeaks louder than you'd believe, and the stylus that comes with the case is completely useless. It doesn't even work, period. Also, the keyboard would just suddenly stop working for no apparent reason.Pros:-Hard leather that seems would protect the tablet well, even though the way the tablet slides into place for typing is not tight enough and is just asking for you to let it fall out and waste your precious money.Overall, terrible product, not even worth the $9.99. Maybe worth $2.00 at a dollar store, but I am returning this ASAP and looking for something much higher quality.

The truth for the price I did not expect an article just as well, as good quality and practical, yet I have not used the tablet as it has not come, so I can not give the keyboard a recommendation, but overall the liner is excellent. The case holds a 7" tablet for sure. There is an issue with it sliding out of the side which kind of defeats the purpose of the case when it slides out. I thought of using two pieces of velcro and that seemed to work. I didn't realize my tablet was not a usb but a micro to use the keyboard, it seems I am not the only one who made this mistake. So, after searching I found a seller in China which took 4-5 weeks to arrive and I bought two in case one did not work. Well both didn't work so about 2 months of searching/shipping and I still don't have a satisfactory case and cannot use the keyboard. Absolute junk. Only buy this if you only want to put your tablet in a half case (dust and other material will still find their way into your electronic using this) and leave on your desk because the second you pick it up it will fall out.

My tablet fits perfectly and holds securely, the ports are all accessible without leaving the case open, the keyboard works great, the only blemish on an otherwise perfect product? No pocket for a set of headphones! A small inconvenience but still. :)

bought as gift for non tech savy family members. Bought 3 and none have issue and work well. the keyboard and stilus are nice. turns the tablet into a laptop like device. i set up google docs for one and they like it better than the laptop as its simple and small. worth buying with tablet as that extra touch. its cheap enough

Absolutely a great keyboard and cover case.....the only thing that I had a problem with was the "on the go" connector which failed 2 weeks after I got the irulu tablet. that was very frustrating because I do not like the keyboard that is built in on the irulu at all. For me a plug in keyboard is the only way to go.
