Q: What techniques do you use to get this into your dogs eyes?

My poodle has been having eye issues on and off, I think it’s the dry air in the winter here. I’m commenting only in the hopes a puppy owner reads this - start cleaning your dog’s eyes when they’re little! Exposing them to as much as you can before they’re 6 months helps soooo much down the road! Grooming, baths, nail trimming, eye boogers all that stuff is a breeze - so when they’re 18 months old and need eye drops like this they’re chill :)

Q: What are the ingredients in this product? Distilled water and ?? Thanks.

here are the ingredients...........Boric Acid, Filtered Water, Sodium Borate, Sodium Cloride

Q: Can I put this on a cotton pad and wipe my little dogs eyes instead of drops right into her eye?

Yes, just wipe gently. I like to squirt it in the eye first because it washes out allergens and makes it easier to clean eye secretions. My pup was nervous at first about the drops but soon got used to it.

Q: Why does it take a whole month to ship this item to the customer? Ridiculous.

have never had this problem. Assume some items come directly from China.
