PERFECT DOCKING STATION
This docking station has made it so i don't have to take a power supply with me to my office, and is running all items on my laptop on one source, with no warnings as I was getting from the smaller power docking station I tried (HP or Generic docks) this docking station was higher price but definitely has the quality and power to do the job correctl. This docking station connection to my HP laptop is perfect as it plugs into the power supply port and the USB-c at the same time and no other plug in's of other equipment required as they stay in the docking

Better than expected
I got this to use 3 external monitors on top of the laptop monitor for a 4 monitor system. Work laptop is only 14 inches and that's a bit small for most programming languages where text seems quite small. This thing fired up all 3 monitors and they work flawlessly. Highly recommended for multi monitor set up and if you're like me where you want to be able to charge your laptop without needing to plug in the thunderbolt dock for multi monitors, i recommend the 280w version which comes with tandem cable for charging and dock connection.

Not compatible with HP Victus or any gaming laptop
After months of trying to get this to work with three external monitors, and hours of being on hold with HP Support, I finally found someone who knows what they are talking about. They said this should not be used with gaming laptops. They told me to buy the $80 hub instead.

Great when used with the HP ZBook 16 G11
Work issued me an HP ZBook 16 G11. They left it up to me to get a docking station if I wanted to use multiple monitors and such. I liked up the HP site and this is there recommendation. It works well with my current setup using 2 external 1920x1200 external displays. I'm hoping it will also work with dual 4K displays but I really don't wan to buy them on my own for a work computer. So this is good enough for now.

Only works with thunderbolt devices
Works fine with both my HP laptops, but does not work at all with my USB-C HP desktop machine. Not even to connect mouse and keyboard which are simple USB 1.0 devices.

Powerful Dock for WFH
I needed it for a new work-from-home setup. My company's IT lab only had HP USB-C Dock G5s or previous models that didn't work well with my work laptop (HP ZBook Fury 15.6 inch G8 Mobile). Currently running 2x KOORUI GN05 27 Inch QHD Gaming Monitors @ 240HZ each (overkill and unnecessary, but why not if it's on my company's dime?) and utilizing all of the USBs. The only draw-back is after awhile of continual use (~10+ hrs) the DisplayPort signals periodically drop? Hence why 1 star is missing. I'm not sure if it's the docking station, monitor(s), 8k display port cords, or the laptop. However, I also noticed this happening with the other HP docks I was given (running dual monitors at less than 240Hz). My company reimbursed my expense and it's a minor issue, so something to consider when you're purchasing this. Reading through the almost none existent reviews and/or negative reviews on multiple listings of this product here on Amazon, I was worried it would be defective or didn't come with the right power supply. Perhaps that's simply a supply chain/logistics issue? Hopefully adding some reassurance for you... mine came well packaged, works well enough, and has the appropriate monster of a power supply brick. Seriously, this thing is bigger than the dock itself and probably the largest I've seen! I guess that's to be expected with 280W power. I can confirm that it did come with a JizPro hub - which is USB-C to VGA/HDMI/DVI - not the Dockztorm adapter. I didn't have a need for the adapter and I still got this $100 cheaper than getting directly from HP. Save yourself $100+ by opting for this and leaning on the Amazon Prime return policy (if necessary). If I figure out the issue with the DisplayPort signal issues, run into anymore, etc... I'll update this review.
