It is a tiny bottle of over priced alcohol. Growing up my mom poured alcohol with a bit of water in a baby jar and cleaned out swimmer ear with it.

Swim ear is 95% isopropyl alcohol, which could help with surface infections. I shouldn’t hurt to use it, but it might sting.
