What's to say?I can't imagine why I've been buying "budget" flat iron!!!My heat averse 3C/4A mixed into 4C tresses are STUBBORN. I inched into higher temps.Mild heat after my blow dry with a tad of silkener actually did a decent job. However, 310° ended up being the sweet spot - a hint of grapeseed oil & one pass. Yes, it's a true 310°. I didn't try 450°, stopped where I got results.Hair remained fluff free over a week & it wasn't burned. They have a brush...totally I *wish* they had a hot COMB.Had an issue with my package & my heat glove wasn't included. Duvolle was ON TOP OF IT! Fix & fast.Soooooo 5 is the high for stars but this purchase deserves 7 so...I refuse to be ceiling'd so⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐😏

Best hair straightner I’ve owned! My hair is very wavy and curly, thick, & long. It usually takes me 2 hours to straighten my hair without blow drying first (I get better results when I skip the blow dry process for some reason). So what I do is let my hair dry naturally after washing with zero product in it so it can dry quicker. When my hair is about 90% dry, I part into small thin pieces and comb them straighten. I’ve tried 3 different straightening tools from Amazon before coming across this one. I sent the other 3 back. This one was perfect! It didn’t leave my hair frizzy wavy straight, but actually sleek and straight. The only product that I put in right before straightening each piece is “Kenra Platinum” (which is a heat protectant that supposedly helps cut the dry time in half as well). This is combination with the straightener being used at 410, worked like a charm! Would recommend for anyone with thick, curly, long hair.

I like the shiny silver. It’s very light and easy to control. It gets very hot. I don’t like that there’s not a temperature in between. Other than that I used a good heat protector and did one pass at a time. This flat iron can burn your easily so use with caution. It does get it sleek and straight with no frizz.

So good, heats up well. If u are a girl with Kinky hair it will melt it trust me!! Great heat resistant and comes with extra accessories. Love it!

So I have been using this flat iron on and off for 2 plus years now, and it just conked out on me. Actually, about a year in, I noticed it wasn't getting as hot, but now, it doesn't work at all. This is the first curling/flat iron that I have ever purchased that crashed this fast. I will definitely not reorder or order anything from the maker of this iron.

It literally stopped working after 2 uses! Compared to when I bought it off of the real website hopefully I can get a new sent

Very Happy with this product. You want straight? This is the product for you ;) I know I sound like an actress LOL! Well I am not I am a buyer with very thick natural hair and I couldn't find any straighteners for my hair outside of my Paris/New York irons that does immaculate work on thick curly hair. I hope these irons last for a very long time.
