Good quality. I bought this to laser engrave for customer, but it is heavily coated so it didn’t engrave even after multiple pass. Coating is more like plastic filament coating.

These are awesome coffee cups just for around the house! I hate when my coffee gets cold and this cup keeps it warm for twice as long as a regular ceramic cup, cutting down on how much coffee I need to make every morning. I don’t use the lid everyday but it comes in handy when I am outside in cooler weather. I have two of these cups now and I am so glad the seller offers them. They make a great gift too!

I have one of these cups and it's the only one I use. It keeps my hot drink hot for a long, long time. So I bought one for my husband for Christmas and he's been using it exclusively. Only four stars due to the price. It's a quality cup, for sure. Not too heavy with a comfortable handle. Can't clean it with just dish soap; I have to use a water/bleach mix to get rid of the coffee stains.

The handle is comfortable to hold. The edges are rounded on the lid as well as the handle making holding and drinking a pleasure. The drinking hole is large enough to allow the coffee to flow easily right down to the last drop. The mug is a bit narrower than my Stanley and my Yeti mugs meaning that I can easily pick it up with my left hand when required without using the handle. I love the finish on this dark blue mug which has a sort of rubberized feel. The lid is far easier to remove for cleaning than on my Yeti. This is by far my favorite mug.

The coating of the outside of the mug is kind of soft feeling and when you put it on a hard surface it doesn't clink like something that would just be plain metal.I also like the way that the spout opens and closes on the top. Although the spout cover is not leak proof, that doesn't bother me because this is a coffee mug, and I don't normally place a coffee mug on its side.I also like the rounded handle which is very comfortable to put my fingers through and whether you put two or three fingers through it then you can use your little finger or second finger to sort of go underneath it and support the mug.My only minor issue is that they recommend that you hand wash this and I think that's probably to protect the finish on the mug. I really like the look of the mug and I don't want to risk it so I will hand wash this, and that's not that big of a deal.My Ninja coffee make brews coffee at 177°. I've measured the temperature using a digital thermometer and an hour later the mug still keeps my coffee about 150 to 155°. An hour after that it's still warm enough to be comfortable drinking but not what I would call tepid. So this basically keeps my coffee hot for two hours which is awesome. I like the different colors that this is available in. I think it's a solid purchase.
