Perfect headset for my Call Center job. Sound quality is clear & no interference. Battery life is great as well. No issues in the 2 months since receiving them. Have suggested them to my colleagues that are wanting to "cut the cord".

For the price point these are actually very good headphones. On par with the $100 pair I bought for my PS5. Pretty decent rich tone for music and absolutely excellent for work. Noise cancelling mic works so well that customers can't hear my husband quietly asking me a question in the same small room. I took it about 30 feet from the computer and it didn't drop. That boom mute is amazing. I love that you can just flip it up and it confirms "mute on". The battery life is incredible. Mine goes for at least a week of 11 hour days. I always charge it over the weekend. Feels a little cheap being plastic but if you're gentle with it, you shouldn't have any trouble. Fits well over my ears and doesn't slip. The padded grandma's is nice though at the end of my long shift it starts getting a little annoying. I just move it to a different spot and carry on. The ear cups do a very good job of sealing out sound so you do need to be aware of background noise because you can not hear yourself. That would be one thing I'd change.

this headset is just amazing simply plug & play no extra software needed. straight forward to use, decent quality. my first pair i have for my work, they were amazing but got misplaced couldn’t find them, i bought another pair for work & i have had zero issues. it connects automatically, very comfortable, has volume control, i can flip the microphone to mute, & now that i have the ability to work from home i got a 3rd one for that specifically. clarity of my voice is crisp on calls, i can hear people clearly, the price is a little expensive but its a great headset!

Purchased these for use in a telecommunications environment. They sound great, feel great, and seem to have good connectivity. They downfall is the other person can not clearly hear me. Feedback is its very quiet, and sounds digitized. I have tried everything I can including using the companies help through blogs and videos. I have the sound control all the way up. Went back to my old uncomfortable logi headset and I dont have these issues. Sound and comfort isnt as good but I need a headset that actually works as intended. I suspect the noise canceling functionality may be the culprit.

This is my 3rd headphone set I've tried to get working on my work laptop, and my 3rd headset I am returning. The previous two had no dongle and while connected to the laptop when I ran Zoom or Teams, I got a buzz, the laptop locked up then my connection to the headset was severed. This one has a dedicated dongle. It connected almost immediately, setup was a dream! Then I launched/tested on Zoom & Teams video conferencing. Also worked. Recipients stated I was extremely clear. The sound was great too. Then I noticed I heard in the distance someone doing yard work. I shouldn't have, as I have (supposedly) noise-canceling headphones. I looked at the headset controls, then the manual. No button or switch to activate NC. The manual says it has noise canceling, but now how it works. I had to go to their website for support. First, this model isn't even listed on their site. That should be a warning sign. After a few minutes of searching, I went to the FAQ and saw an entry about NC. Their answer is NC is passive and uses "AI" technology to determine if it needs to be active or not, *when using your microphone*. So if you have your headset on, but not in a video conference or anything, it won't come on no matter how much noise is going on around you. BIG negative for me. Then the sound itself. It seems the headset goes into "standby" or "sleep mode" often. Because when, say when I get an email notice sound) there's a split-second delay in the sound, missing the initial part of that chime while it "wakes up". Between this and starting music or YT videos, that initial delay makes it feel like you've been on mute and unmuted during the play. Very distracting for me. Overall for the money, this has two huge shortcomings of this headset. So now I'm returning my third set and searching for a fourth.

Best headset I’ve ever used. The AI cuts out all background sounds, it’s comfortable easy to mute… I can go on and on

$90 headphones, built like $40 headphones, and sound like $20 headphones, mic sounds like $2 china special. Unfortunately for my work environment, zoom calls. This is not going to cut it. I needed a headset with a Dongle for work. Moving on to the Fractal Design Headset - superior quality, comfort, QOL. Works well for gaming too.

The headphones do exactly as they state. The noise canceling isn't the best but for my use, in a office, it's perfect. Enough noise cancelling that I feel comfortable with while still allowing enough noise to get my attention when needed. They are very comfortable. I would buy these again

I had an issue with them. Seller replaced them. They work great.

Update 26April2024 ------------------------ I received my replacement Headset. Always loved this product, however my disappointment was it broke and thought I lost money. Once we were back on track with their Customer Relation, they kept in contact to make sure everything went well. As stated before, I am using this headset for work. Noise cancellation is great, the sound is great. This is not for gaming nor for music, but for call center/phone it is a great tool! Update 23April2024 ------------------------ Almost as I had given up on them, I finally got a reply on my email from yesterday (as I had tried one more time to contact them). Apparently they had sent me an email earlier on, however I never saw anything in my Inbox. It may have been rerouted in Junk Mail. (So I have added a filer on my email). They advised me they will sent me a replacement headset. WIll update this later. Update 22April2024 ------------------------ Still no answer from Support. It is a shame, I really liked this headset, but unfortunately the issue is with the microphone. It did work fine for several months. Now it no longer works, it has become a waste of money. Update 15March2024 ------------------- My headset lasted less than a year. There is no support, though at first they did ask me to sent in all the necessary documentation, I haven't heard from them since. Would not buy again. Update 25Febuary ---------------------- On 30JanuaryI send Eksa an email advising of the issue. They replied promptly and asked me for specifics, pictures, invoice... Which I sent them on 02Feb, still waiting for an answer. Update 27jan2024 ---------------------- As much as I loved this headset, I have noticed the microphone is now causing an issue. Seems there is a bad conact within the headset as it keeps on jumping from "Microphone Connected" To "Microphone Disconnected" No idea what's going on!! ‐‐--------------- I used this product on a professional basis. Am working from home. My day job is taking customer calls all day. So for me the importance is: 1. Connection 2. Sound to be crisp and clear ---------------------------------- Hardware Great quality. Very sturdy. (as they show on the video on the page). Usage Simply plug and play. It connects within 5seconds to the dongle. According to the manual you could connect up to 2 devices. However, as this is used for work only, I am connecting it only to my work laptop. As per stated by the seller, you can move around. I tested this by going from one room to the back of my basement and also went upstairs. My colleague advised she could hear me at all times. So yes, one can go around the house. Mute It does not have a mute button... however something much better... Simply lift up the microphone boomer!! Sound Very clear, I do not have to put the volume to the max. The ANC works well. As far to listen to music, I can not advise as I do not listen to music, Nor is it used for gaming. Verdict: I am very pleased with this product. It does exactly what I need it for. Compare this with the price, it is great value! Would I recommend it? If you work from home taking calls, definately! ----- Update 22Jan2023 ---- I have been using this product for several days now. As stated before, the headset connects within the 5seconds upon powering on. Sound cancellation works fantastic. At one point I was with a colleague from another department. He could not hear when I was typing on my keyboard. I was making some noise by standing up and walk around a little bit, even went as far as another room, he thought I was still at my desk.

I wanted a wireless headset that I can connect to my docking station. So far it has worked out great. The sound quality is good. Build quality is pretty decent, the comfort level is good, and the noise cancellation is okay but considering the price I think it’s a pretty good deal. I have been using it for 4 days straight about 8.5 hours each day and I haven’t had to charge it yet. So I’d say battery life seems solid so far. I’d definitely recommend this if you are looking for working from home or home computer headset.

Works so well I am getting another set

This is quite small over-ear headset if you compare to fullsized gaming headsets from other not cheap brands; it is quite tight sitting on my head while I had no problem with normal fullsized headsets before; the material of earphones made of plastic foam which makes it hot to wear; there is apparently also no active ambience noise cancelling inside of the headset like you can find in other high-end headphones (like you can use it on an airplane just to sit in quite), there is only "AI" (LOL) noise cancellation for the mic input. To check if there is noise cancellation or not: put them on, have no audio playing, turn them on, turn them off - you can hear background ambient noise level did not change and stays the same. Overall works fine, pairs fine with Ubuntu laptop.
