Very nicely packaged to protect the glass lamp body, and very easy to put together, the lamps looks very nice both on or off, we put in an LED light build and works like a charm. The only improvement I can think of is a dimmer switch, now the switch is on/off only, we will likely purchasing an dimmer switch separately not for efficiency since we already use LED light bulb with it, but for dimming the brightness at night to not disturb my other half sleeping.Also the customer service was very good, I ordered a set of 2 and only 1 came the day of delivery so I reached out to the seller, they responded very quickly and it was the delivery service’s fault since the second lamp came the next day as when the delivery service marked it as delivered, it’s really just 1 of the 2 packages devlidered. I am happy with the lamps and their service, highly recommended!

Purchased these lamps for a new home. The glass is very fragile. One lamp was broke upon arrival. The company sent a replacement immediately. I just opened the package for the replacement lamp only to find it shattered also. They are very well pack when they are sent. I think the lamps are just to fragile to have shipped

Was so excited to unexpectedly get this item before the actual delivery date, to just find out I have to send them back. I opened the first box and although thoroughly packed it arrived broken. Scared to open the 2nd box as I can hear shattered glass and that’s not even shaking the box just turning it over on it’s side.

This was a wedding present and was chosen by my great-niece and her fiance in America, so I haven't actually seen the lamps physically as I ordered them online from the United Kingdom. However, as the couple chose the lamps and had them on their wedding gift list, unless I hear to the contrary I am assuming that all is well and they are very happy with them. The order process was very straightforward and uncomplicated.

Beautiful lamps, but they were both broken in the same place (cracked, broken glass just above the power cord). I just requested to return them. Because it is from an independent seller, I have to wait for a response. Hopefully they can just replace them because I really do love them!

a little shorter than i was thinking and for some reason i thought had usb, but did not. were as described, look nice in my living area.

These lamps are a stunning addition to my master bedroom. I have them alongside a king sized bed sitting on walnut colored tables. The glass is high quality and the cords are lengthy so there is less restriction for placement. I was incredibly impressed with the packaging (see pictures of unpacking). Not a single flaw in either of the lamps. I've had them set up for about 3 weeks and couldn't be more pleased. Will certainly purchase from this manufacturer again.
