The power bank came with about a 50 to 75% charge on it. I plugged it in for an hour or so and then it was fully charged. I saw a few reviews that stated their power bank didn’t charge, or would not charge their devices. I had the same problem trying to charge my phone the first time. I found the USB-A port on the power bank to the USB-C port on my phone worked, but my USB-C to USB-C cable did not. (Note: the included cable is USB-A to USB-C.) CONS: a little bigger than my recalled Anker power bank and no USB-C to USB-C cable.). PRO: three ports to use to charge.

I do a lot of Hiking up to a 20 mile day on the trail. I was looking for a light weight powefull power bank. This turned out to be better than expected. My phone worned me I was at 20% while on the trail oops 🤭 I plugged it into my power bank and it fully charged in no time and the power bank was still at 75% after charging my phone on the trail. Great price and lite weight. Definitely a game changer!

The media could not be loaded. This is well worth the money spent to procure this. Once plugged in it is not slow charging when you hook up your device. Very portable and the size is highly functional. Did not come with cords but does have two outlets for USB and one for C. I inadvertently said mini usb during the video. That was in error.

This works well and could not beat the price. Charges quickly enough.

Excellent charger. Smaller enough to charge your phone in your bag while not home. Very satisfied with this purchase.

This is a small, light battery pack. Perfect for everyday carry. The flashlight is a handy add on feature.

A power bank should just work. This one, I believe they are not using any standards for the usb-c, no qi charge or PD available, just plain barebones usb-c. Which means if you have any good quality usb-c that accepts PD or qi charging it just won’t work. Meaning I tried 5 different usb-c to usb-c and usb-c to lighting and none worked. I tried those same ones with a different power bank and it worked no problem. I tried charging the unit and it wouldn’t charge either because of the same problem with the usb-c. If you buy this you are basically stuck with the usb-a to usb-c cable it comes with, that will not even charge the unit. I made a return

Solved: It was the cables I ordered along with the battery (different vendor). I tried a cable that I KNEW worked, and it works on the USB-C port on the battery to charge other devices.Original, retracting, but keeping for other's knowledge:I ordered this battery because I wanted portable quick-charge of my USB-C devices. The battery only charges devices from the USB-A ports. The C port does not appear to work as a charging source. Perhaps I need a different USB-C-to-C cable??? I don't know. I've tried pressing the "power" (status?) button, holding it, various combinations, and my phone, for example, never sees any power from the USB-C port.The battery recharges fine from a USB-A to -C source, so far....Since I can, and do use the battery, it is serving its purpose, but I wonder if the -C port would charge faster.I will not buy this item again unless Belkin (or anyone) responds with identification of what I doing wrong - then, if that works for me, I'll revisit this review.
