Fits well! Repells the water nicely. Personally could do without the hood. That’s just my preference. Sure helps with a long haired dog. Less wiping down. I put the harness over the coat.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product and 100% recommend it! The material is honestly better than my very expensive human rain jacket, and it fits my dog perfectly. For context, I have a 50lbs bully breed mix who is rather lean, but has a broader chest. Many times, it's hard to find the right fit girth wise. I got a size large which works well because it covers his entire back and a bit of the base of his tail, allowing water to roll off of him and on to the ground. In general, I think the jacket provides a lot of coverage from water...as pictured, only the legs and tail get wet. Overall, great product especially for the price.

I like the jacket. Easy on and off. Thick, well made.However, I have a small German Shepherd in comparison to most G.S. He is 70 pounds. This will definitely help keep him dryer thru storms, but not his head. We cant properly close it around the front of his chest so the hood won’t stay over his head, but it does fit over his head. The under strap is snug around his rib cage. I will cont to try and find a larger jacket. But American standard German Shepherds wouldn’t stand a chance in getting into this jacket. Large narrow frame bodies only.

This is an awesome rain coat for my girl, Mocha! Bright neon & reflective stripes for night time safety. The coat slips over her head, which makes it nice to put on quickly. It is waterproof but very thin and provides no warmth, so I put it over a hoodie when it rains. I always guess sizes for her and totally failed on this item. There is one really strong Velcro strap on each side that is supposed to secure under her chest, but it’s too small because we’re still a bit fluffy from winter and the 2 Velcro strips cannot touch the other! lol I recommend this affordable raincoat but encourage you to measure first and/or size up! We still use it by applying it over the hoodie without using Velcro and under her harness.
