Very good baking pan
Really good pan. The latch is tight but easy to release. There is a good seal between the top and bottom parts. I made a dessert with a very sticky base that didn't stick😀. I wish this came with a lid though.

Overall great pan!
I do love this pan...but I make a lot of icecream cakes and the seal in the bottom to the spring surround is not strong enough to keep from leaking. BUT, the catch basin does make it minimal mess. If using for a traditional cake batter, it would be perfect!!

Good idea, leaks badly
The media could not be loaded. The idea of a rectangular pan is great but it leaks very badly. You can see in my video on the lower right hand side that even though the springform pan is locked the frame is not flush with the bottom of the pan.

Not Leak Proof
Great idea for a pan but the pan has less than a stellar closing lock. There is no way batter will not drip out of the pan when poured into it. At least not in the pan I received.The pan itself is decent quality.
