1 tablespoon with water mixes really well and the taste is not bad. I have taken lots of greens in my life and let me tell you some you could barely get them down the taste was unbearable and then you dread the next day when you are going to mix it and drink it again, so this is amazing far better than I even thought it was going to be. This one is very nice and you could even add a little apple juice. It is good taste no aftertaste. I was very pleased with this product because when it tastes good, I will continue to take it and I sure could use the nutrients for my body.
