Works much better than plastic or regular paper for keeping cheeses fresher longer. Just fold over cheese block and store folded side down. Love that it's easily biodegradable.

I have purchased these several times before and they’re the best things to keep any of your cheeses, fresher longer. I highly recommend. Plastic is no good and makes the mold grow quicker.

This cheese paper work extremely well. Never any moisture retention, causing mold. The paper is durable, not thin and flimsy, nor does it tear and it’s easy to fold. It isn’t heavy like butcher paper. I will continue using this quality product and has kept my cheese longer than ever so no waste. I use it with the same brand cheese bags.

Excellent Product

Wrapped a chunk of Swiss cheese and a chunk of Parmesan according to the suggested directions 5 days ago. Opened the wrappers today and both were still the texture and freshness I expected to find. Somehow I expected The wrappers to be brown but they’re still compostable and biodegradable which is a great feature. I think they will Be a 5 star product but haven’t used the wrappers long enough to determine how my cheese will look and feel after a month Or longer wrapped in this cheese storage paper.

Had no idea this product existed. Better than parchment or wax paper. Prevents cheese from sweating and lasts longer.

Previous light brown style paper worked great, and cheese stayed fresh a long time. This new white paper, the cheese dries out in a few days. Not sure what changed but its dramatically different

Seems to be storing the cheese well and its lasting longer than when we put it in bags.

This is the way to store cheese, no more ziplock bags needed.

I purchase this product all the time from a different source. This one was not good. Did not perform. cheese mildewed and dried up

Leider kann ich nicht bestätigen, dass die Verpackung von Schnittkäse in diesem Papier zu einer längeren Haltbarkeit führt. Angesichts des doch hohen Preises kann ich einen Kauf nicht empfehlen.
