LG G5 32GB H820 AT&T Unlocked- Silver

Had a minor issue with my phone and was immediately issued a resolution. Customer service was prompt and courteous. I would definitely purchase from them again. The LG G5 itself is an excellent economy priced with 32G storage and 4G memory, making it much faster than other similarly priced phones with 3G or less memory. The battery life could a slightly better and the phone runs a little on the warm side, but overall it is a huge bang for the buck.

I am happy with the purchase of this LG G5 phone, with 2 exceptions and is why I am giving it a 3 star rating. If seller agrees to fix the issues I will gladly put it to a 5 star.The Pros: The Phone itself works great and I have no complaints as it fired right up and conencted to ATT after I put my sim and micro sd cards in. I received the Phone earlier than expected so was delighted to see it come earlier. The G5 is a nice fast phone and since this is my 3rd LG phone, that speaks volumes on the quality.The Cons: I knew I was purchasing a used phone, however, the phone was advertised as a Silver model. What I received was a Silver model with a Titan battery module and the module does look out of place due to the color. Also, they shipped with the phone a great braided cable, however, it lacked a charger with it.I looked again at the description here on Amzaon and I do not see it mentioned anywhere that a charger did not come with it. Without a disclosure in the description, anyone would assume that a charging block would come with it.I look forward to hearing from seller on this.

The phone was listed as brand new. After 2 weeks of me buying the phone, the phone powered off on me and wouldn't power back on so i had to ship the phone back for a full refund. Before I shipped the phone back i called LG to find out whether or not the phone was cover under warranty and base off the IMEI numbers the phone was a refurbished and out of warranty so the phone was never brand new. I learn my lesson to never buy a phone online because the description can say anything to make a person want to buy. I would never purchase anything from this seller again because the seller lied in the description about the phone.

I needed a secondary phone and I didn't want to spend more than $250 for one. I had pretty demanding criteria, 4 GB ram, 5.5" screen, ac WiFi and a fast processor. I have tried the Honor 8. The phone was quite fast but at 5.2", the screen was a bite small to read. I also have tried the Honor 6X, great screen size but no ac WiFi and the processor was a bit slow. With a $250 budget, I had a hard time finding a phone with the spec I wanted. This LG meets my requirements except it is only a 5.3" screen. It is not quite what I am looking for but the screen size is quite good.Since the release of the L6 , the price of this 2016 flagship phone has reduced to a very attractive price point. For the spec, it is a steal. The processor is quite fast but not quite as fast fast as the Honor 8 and iPhone 6S Plus. I have an iPhone 6S Plus as a main phone and I found it performs better in App opening and web page loading than the L5 but not by much.The L5 comes with a rapid charger and a Type C cable which are handy to have if you want a quick charge. The phone doesn't come with an earphone which I don't mind as I rather use my high end earphones. The camera takes very good pictures but I found the screen is not as bright as the iPhone 6S plus. The battery also doesn't last long. I am getting a larger capacity battery to compensate this issue. The larger capacity battery fits nicely in the phone.I am currently with AT&T and only the AT&T version phone would work well. I originally bought an unlocked version and I couldn't get 4G LTE at all. After trying two different unlocked phones, I ended up buying the AT&T version and it works flawlessly with my carrier.I also notice the phone switch from wifi to cellular quite frequently due to the phone is constantly looking for stronger signal strength. This is annoying so I got around the issue by turning the data mode off when I am on WiFi. It is a bit inconvenient.Overall, I like the features and the spec. of the phone. For the price, I can tolerate the WiFi switching and short battery life issues. If I were to pay flagship price, the phones 6S Plus is a better phone when it comes to user experience.

Bought refurbisbed from dig deep, money well spent. Phone had no issues or defects cosmetically or internally. Was a perfect buy!

I ordered an H820(AT&T) but I was shipped an unlocked H830(T-Mobile). Carrier specific features do not work. The phone is probably OK on a T-Mobile network, but it kinda sucks on AT&T.
