Very easy to use. Very pricey but worth the buy. You are doing your month a justice but getting this good plant base healthy product. I use it wth my oil pulling, as a month wash and for brushing the gums. A little goes a !omg way.

I’ve been using this for a few years and though I used to have cavities just about every year, I haven’t had a single one. I also change from conventional toothpaste to Boka so I can’t pinpoint which of these or if both together made the difference but it’s worth it to me to keep using both together. Love the results, the taste is pleasant and mild. Highly recommend.

I had to order this brand because the other brand I was using is out of stock. Apart from the taste, which isn't great but not terrible, the product does work well. I especially like the way I can squeeze out exactly one or two drops from the bottle without using a dropper.

I was looking for something natural and organic for my teeth, and this definitely fit the bill! It works great for freshening and breath and after using it my mouth feels so clean.
