Brilliantly useful, and superb quality
MUCH BETTER THAN THEY HAVE RIGHT TO BE! £45, that's what I paid for them 7 November 2025. Next to them, I have a pair of Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 earphones that cost £349. They sound the same, which is absolutely great. But consider their price - £45!! The noise cancellation got a great workout tonight on the train with crying babies, train noise etc - absolutely great. The sound quality is great. But here is where it gets interesting; The Soundcore Space A40 just WORK. Dual device connection, and if I'm watching on the TV, it is also connected to my phone. If I send messages on my phone, the earphones just prioritise the TV. Whereas my expensive B&W drop the TV sound for a brief moment to try play the send message tune. The Soundcore has a very advanced EQ range of settings. You can turn off touch control buttons to name a few. The ear bud tips come in a variety of sizes, making for a comfortable fit - even while you're sleeping on your side on them! To be clear; I bought a set of earbuds for 7x the price of these Soundcore Space A40 and the Soundcore is absolutely better value for money. It has a great deal more functionality than the others and the design looks and feels premium. This is my 5th set of Soundcore ear/head phones (others I lost or stepped on). I doubt I'll buy anything other than Soundcore from now on

Well impressed and packs a punch
These earbuds for the price are amazing value. They offer an excellent audio experience with sound quality, active noise cancellation that dulls out ambient noise and handy gesture controls. When combined with the app you can adjust the anc to low medium strong level or leave on adaptive which uses ambient noise to judge the level you need. From my experience this isn’t the best so I chose a preset to my preference. You have a customisable EQ for your audio tastes, hear ID is a test range for your hearing that tailors music to your ears or default. So quite a bit for your money already. There is also white noise and brainwave options in the app for background sounds and a limited customisation option. Standard 10m distance for connectivity with Bluetooth but can connect with at least devices (I have tested). You turn music on your phone and play on your laptop and bit of delay but no need to turn off one and connect to the other. App also has translation features which I haven’t tested yet. They are very comfy for me which is personal preference but comes with adjustable ear pieces. Comes in white dark navy and black. The case is small and holds decent charge got like four charges on one charge and I use them for five hours. The handiest feature is custom gesture controls. So if your one earbud person you can set the gestures you want for each. Mirror left and right or give separate options. Each earbud has 3 gestures you can assign. Tap double tap and hold for 2second. Everything from play, skip, volume, change anc. Dropped a few times and still works only downside is the case opens to easily and earbuds bounce out. A better catch could work well but a trade off for price I’m happy with. Really recommend these and I’ll be getting another set.

Good quality, functionality and sound quality. Battery life- So so.
Sound quality is very good and noise cancelling is pretty good. Comfort is good. Battery life is so-so which I would drop it 1.5 points but I'll be charitable and go with 4 stars. Overall pretty good.

Excellent quality in sound, fit and charge.
Excellent ear buds. They do a great job cutting out background noise letting you listen to your music and not being distracted by the television. I have used Soundcore headphones and earbuds for several years and I have never been disappointed! These earbuds are lightweight and fit perfectly in the ear. Charges quickly and provides a great length of time to listen to your music. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Incredibly good for the price! (Review after years of owning a pair)
"Last bought 5 Feb 2023" but they only just stopped working properly and it was the left ear, so they've lasted pretty long, so I'm writting this review as I'm looking to buy new earphones and bumped into these again. For the price these are absolutely amazing. ANC isn't perfect because it muffles more than anything (Plus the pressure won't be everyone's cup of tea) but still really good. I found the normal mode lacking in sound when listening to music (I do audio work so I might be being picky lol). Transparency mode is really great and even with my headphones not working properly now, this feature is still flawless. Frankly, the fact that these even have ANC in the first place is great, not even my Sennheiser earbuds who were more expensive do and these also have a better sound quality and Sennheiser is an audio brand with a pretty solid reputation Always wearing a beanie I never had any problem with the touch controls except maybe the accidental ocassional touch, unlike with other earbuds (I actually had to disable touch control in my Sennheiser ones because of it lmao). The touch controls are pretty intuitive and holding on either ear allows you to change ANC modes without using the app or even touching your phone. You can use one earbud only too and have the other charging in the case without the sound stopping. Range is relatively short but I never had connectivity issues with it, always carry my phone with me or leave it close so it's never been a problem. The only issue I've ever had with connectivity is that sometimes I have to clean the charging connectors and even then ocassionally disable and re-enable Bluetooth so they don't stay connected to my phone and drain battery, because they sometimes do stay connected when putting them in the case. Never had them die this way, they do have very good battery time and charge pretty fast, even as of now. Speaking of battery time, ironically I spent an entire day traveling the day before yesterday and was listening to music all day almost nonstop and they still had battery in them even after over a couple of years of owning them. I never noticed the battery being short nor degraded to a level in which it's noticeable personally After 2 and a half years precisely, the thing to wear out the fastest in my end were the microphone god knows how long ago (Never use it, but if I pick up a call, they can never hear me if I use the earphones) and the left ear, primarily volume (Speaker still works but is very dim) and the left ear noise cancelling feature, which was causing annoying but not deafening feedback whenever there was any significant outdoor noise, so I couldn't use it in ANC mode in the car or when it was wondy per example and had to switch to normal or transparency A lot of harsh comments but it is important to know any flaws too, despite the fact I consider these amazing and I rated them 5 stars. And damn they are amazing. I also had a pair prior to these that lasted me around 3 years I believe so I re-bought them. In that same case, I believe one of the earbuds started to fail but that time I was in an accident I needed to even go to A&E for and they fell to the floor very harshly. Only reason I'm not buying these a third time is simply because I'm looking at the higher range soundcore earbuds because I wanna splurge a tad bit more to have better features and sound quality. Sound quality is pretty important to me (Which makes it ironic I'm using Bluetooth earphones lol), I love to be able to hear everything as clearly as possible Honestly I can't recommend the Anker Soundcore stuff enough. Incredibly good for the price and durable, I also own a refurbished Soundcore Bluetooth speaker I've had since before Covid and it still works!

I lost my AirPods and wanted to buy a replacement without spending too much. Read glowing reviews online and went ahead and bought on Amazon.SG. Delivery was very quick, setting up was easy and works as promised. Noise cancellation is reasonably good too.

I ordered these and a pair of the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE to test them both out. I didn't see any reviews that addressed my questions, so, in case anyone else is looking for this info... I have VERY weird ears. I have to use two different sizes on all earbuds and they are usually TERRIBLY uncomfortable, no matter what. These are SO comfortable and they actually stay in my ears no matter what I am doing! (The Samsungs were good, fairly comfortable and stayed in, but not as well). The second major aspect for me was "can they do everything without having to get out my phone?" One of the things I liked about these is that the controls are MUCH more customizable. On the Samsungs, you have to choose between being able to manually switch noise modes OR being able to raise/lower the volume. These allow you to do both, and skip songs and stop/play. So I never have to take out my phone. The adaptive noise mode feature on both works great, but sometimes, you want to just tap and change for something they don't recognize and I want to do all that without having to reach into my pocket with my filthy hands while gardening to get my phone wet and dirty. For the "normal stuff"... Since I am not an audiophile, the sound quality kind of all sounds the same to me no matter which earbuds I buy, so... all I can say there is that I hear my music, it sounds good, I am happy. Battery life: not sure it fully meets the 10 hours, I got started this morning at about 11 am and had them playing pretty much nonstop until about 6pm and they crapped out. So that's really more like 7 hours instead of 10. But, I charged them for like 20 minute while I was talking to someone and they lasted until I was done with my work at about 8pm, so I didn't mind. Connectivity: my work today included going up and down a scaffold three storeys high on the front of my house and all the way into the basement and my garden out back. So we are talking about a range of about 15 meters front to back and an additional up/down of about 12 meters. I had my phone about in the middle of all that and I rarely disconnected. So the range is around 10-15 meters and when I did disconnect, the second I was back in range (even if I was out for a few minutes), they reconnected right away. App: the app is great, easy, user-friendly and it offers a basic equalizer. That is something that the Samsung does "better" if you want AI and Bixby and a few more modes, the "find my" function, etc. Though, I am not sure those are available to anyone but Samsung phone/tablet owners. I didn't care about any of that, I wanted "easy, good, practical". Noise cancellation: Both did really well with this, I didn't test out the Samsungs long enough to comment, but these... my work has included: sanding wood posts, sanding metal fences, cutting metal rain drains with a cricular angle grinder, pressure washing my patio and some of the metal sanding was done while i was seated about 3 meters from a jackhammer in use on concrete. So.. a LOT of VERY loud noises... It COMPLETELY cut out the higher register sounds of the grinder against the metal. I could barely hear the pressure washer and the jackhammer and the sound of the sanding (wood or metal) was still audible, but dampened quite a bit. So I was VERY pleased about that. Even without music on, just the noise cancellation feature is GREAT. Can't wait to sleep with them in while on my vacation in noisy hotels! So, after 3 days of HARD constant use, gotta say, really happy with this purchase. If anything major changes, I will update this.
