Carnation Breakfast Essentials 40-1.26oz Packets - Rich Milk Chocolate

Never eating a proper breakfast, this product is great for me. Never eat when I first rise but 10 o'clock is perfect to use this to make a smoothie to keep me satisfied until 4 pm. Rich chocolate flavor with fruit, coffee and milk, peanuts..... I use it everyday. You can never have too much chocolate 🍫. Vitamin content is more than I ever had during the day before using this product.

As name implies - breakfast in a glass (I cheat though - whole milk - tastes great. Great to have a steady source (bought my first box at a big box but they stopped carrying them).

There are many options to purchase what was originally called "Instant Breakfast" and is now called "Breakfast Essentials." While I don't know that they are essential, I do know that it provides a very quick way to get past breakfast for those who would rather sleep. This option seems to be the best price per ounce option of the many offered.

Truly love this stuff! As a cancer patient this has really helped me to get some protein and calories down!! With facial cancer I have a problem with chewing and even moving my mouth so great to have something besides just juice that can be drank with a straw. I also drink the vanilla ones! Great tasting and something yummy that’s easy! No cooking! At one point in my treatment this was the only thing I could get down. Great product!! Some time I add fruit Nice with bananas, peaches,and berries!! But quick and easy by itself! I also have gotten my picky granddaughter to drink them! She says that they taste like a milkshake!! Sometimes I add a little Carmel syrup! Supper yummy!!!

I have used this for over 20 years. Originally used it because I had some dental work and chewing was a problem. Teeth got better but I kept on using this. Besides it tastes good.
