Delivery was a day early which is always a bonus 😊.Item was well packaged and parts undamaged.Clear instructions helped in putting it together in less than 30 minutes on my own.Item is sturdy and looks more expensive than it is. Shoe space can hold approx 6-8 pairs of shoes and the seat width is good.My only (tiny) gripe is that the pegs can fall off when hanging/taking off coats but a bit of double sided tape solved the problem.All together a good looking, space saving piece of furniture.I would buy again.

After reading the other reviews, this was definitely the best of the best, and I just had to leave a review myself to clarify how wonderful this hat, coat and shoe stand really is. The value for money is exceptional, after looking at the single standing coat hooks for £30+, which would fall over easily, spend that little extra and get a product that will truly last a lifetime it’s that sturdy.Being a typical woman, I needed something nice and easy to build, and this couldn’t have been simpler, with clear instructions, every part and accessory labelled, and an Alan key that fits all the screws etc, so you don’t even need any tools at all.The quality and sturdiness of this product is exceptional, when all fixed together it’s really strong, it looks classy and not cheap at all, and my family can’t believe what I paid for it.The black frame and dark wood complements most decor, and it’s lovely and slimline and fits in my hallway with plenty of room to get by. It has a nice strong seat, to sit on to assist with getting those difficult shoes on and off, and the coat hooks are really strong and durable, securing the heaviest of coats etc. plenty of room on the shoe racks for around 6/8 pairs of adult shoes, meaning it’s great for a good size family.I love this new addition to my home, and I’m sure it’s going to last me the rest of my days, and won’t need replacing. If your thinking of buying this, don’t hesitate, it’s everything you see in the images, read in the reviews and more. 10/10 and 5⭐️ from me, it’s hard to beat this for value and quality.

This is an excellent coat and shoe rack. I put it together in under an hour and everything is provided to put it together. Spare parts are provided too. If you want to use the stabilising wall plugs though you'll need a drill.This is very robust and everything connection feels very solid. I haven't attached my rack to the wall but I'm still confident it won't easily topple over.The dimensions of the product were correct and it looks exactly like the photosI agree with others that screws or some glue to secure the hooks to the wooden boards would be useful. Also I'm not sure about the usefulness of the hanging bar. It makes the rack feel a little bit more intrusive as there is something hanging at head height. I may use it for umbrellas but not sureOverall very pleased. I paid £36 in February 2025 which I was happy with.

Easy to assemble , sturdy and just what I wanted

It was very easy to put together and all components were marked clearly. for the price it's great quality, sturdy, and looks good. The model I'm reviewing has a rail across the top - in my opinion this wouldn't look good in a hallway or bedroom, but fine in utility room or closet or alcove. Hooks can be moved freely but you'd need your own screws to fix them in place

Great coat/shoe rack. Assembly easy and looks much better than expected. The quality was far better too. People complaint re hooked moving, I just used a small screw and placed them evenly along the rails.

When this product arrived I opened the box and found it had been packed extremely carefully and tidily to ensure that no parts were damaged. Someone had thought this packaging through very well indeed. So, a good start. When I unboxed, I found that all parts were present and were labelled clearly. The instructions were a good size and were very easy to follow. I'm a sixty-nine year old woman and I managed to get this together by myself, using only the Allen-key which was provided. I was a bit slow and took about and hour and a half, but this could be done more quickly. I had to think about how to hold some parts steady while I put screws in, but parts went together well so I enjoyed the process. The screws were robust and had good heads to allow the Allen-key to get a purchase for tightening. One screw appeared not to take and kept slipping out, but I pushed it in and it held. The product was in perfect condition with no marks or scratches and is nice-looking and sturdy. I'm delighted with my purchase and will look at this company again. Not expensive for the quality.
