The media could not be loaded. I purchased a battery operated Air Blower from ibell. The lithium ion battery lasted for only 8 months. Other lithium ion batteries available in the market last for 4-5 years. IBELL replaced the battery under warranty but the replacement battery also lasted for 8 months only. When I informed the company, they refuse to accept their mistake in manufacturing and are showing me the rule book saying the warranty is over. This battery is very costly at Rs. 2700/- as against other products where the cost of lithium ion battery is Rs.900/- to 1500/- only. Never buy IBELL products as the products are of poor quality , cost is very high and the customer service is hopeless.

Perfect battery for their cordless chainsaw, and other high power tools.Price is very high and the capacity is said to be not as claimed.Online warranty/product registration is impossible -- the otherwise blank w.card's serial number is not accepted. Plus, too many things to upload.

I have purchased A number of iBELL products and using it for past few years.. Still the machines are working good.. And the service from the company is also excellent.. If you are searching for power tools, You can choose it without any hesitation.. machines are really worth for money
