Rain Cap Spark Arrestor (6")

I needed a spark arrestor for my Chimenea and came across this one and it fits great and does the job.

Good Quality. Spot welded together. Haven't used it yet, but its pretty straight forward as to what its supposed to do. Mine fits over the 4" black stove pipe. I used pliers to carefully bend inward the black stove pipe just a little. Then this cap goes over that pipe and pushes down for a nice solid fit. You can even secure it more with a couple of self-tapping screws or high heat foil duct tape. Nice addition to the Army Heater when camping in forest that require spark arrester.

Great product but having difficulty installing as it is not quite large enough for our Chimenea but will update when the snow stops in Denver, CO

Looked great, fit great and will keep the birds from trying to get in and nest. Fit perfectly and was a very easy install.

I bought this to put on top of a Chiminea. Unfortunately, the diameter was to small and it didn't sit on top correctly. However, that was NOT the fault of the manufacturer or the vendor. I liked the wire mesh that was in place to help further reduce embers escaping. The vendor accepted this as a return without issue and took very good care of this customer, even though I ended up having to return it.

Fit in my existing pipe perfectly. From ordered to ship to received was surprisingly fast. Well packed so there was no damage. Very well made product that I would highly recommend.
