This my 3rd bottle for myself. My youngest child is also on his 3rd my oldest just started it. This does help, gives you a clean clear subtle energy boost through out the day. You don't feel like it's doing anything but you'll notice you have got more cleaning done, thoughts are a little clearer, and you feel more optimistic. I thought it was going to be a waste of money when I first bought it but I was pleased to find that it has had an improvement in my daily life. I would recommend this to anyone who days are over filled and they feel they're running on empty all the time. A lot of fake ones out there so make sure it's has the name brand logo on top of the label.

For my side of the review, I don't really see a difference either way. But then again, I haven't really been taking it with a lot of regularity either. The only thing I can say about it is that it tastes really good and I think the delivery system is genius. I thought that the sublingle films that Suboxone uses was a good idea but putting this liquid under your tongue is a really good way to get it in you. My fiance, on the other hand, has nothing but good things to say about it. He's a quiet man that only says something bc it matters to him so his review was unexpected. He reported that he really likes it. He said that it could have the potential to be life changing even though it isn't quite that serious to him. Also he told me, and I have noticed, that he is only doing a small fraction of the bupe compared to what he was doing before we received it. He would probably give it 4 stars and I am at about a 2 so I just split the difference and gave it a three
