What I've been looking for
I've never written a review this fast after purchasing a product before but, goodness gracious, this stuff is fantastic. It has just the right amount of sweetness and it packs a powerful ginger punch. It's not the cheapest but you're paying for some quality stuff. Came at a great time seeing as winter is around the corner. Buying it again.

Too strong!
Lacks sweetness and is too pungent. Can't be used for the purpose. I thought it was a ginger candy, but it's just dessicated ginger. Can be used for making tea though!
