You need a 60 pound, 20 inch length gas strut. This one https://www.amazon.com/inch-Prop-Spring-Strut-Heavy/dp/B00Y3H2X0G is available on amazon if you don't want to buy the original brand which is available.

Q: Instructions on how to install?

They do not come with instructions but installation is very simple. Remove one side at a time by placing a flat bladed screw driver under the tab on the back of the connectors on each end. Orient the new one the same as the original and just snap in place over the balls. You can use a screw driver under the tab to make it easier if necessary but I found it was not needed. Repeat for the other side.
