I actually bought this tool for my dad this past father's day. He had his eye on a similar tool except it was made of plastic, I came across this tool made of far higher quality materials and knew this was exactly what he would love. I inspected the product upon delivery to make sure it was all in working order and was not damaged. I was surprised to find it came with a pencil, detailed instructions and it was wonderfully encased in a velvet satchel emblazoned with the Strongman tools emblem. It's superior quality and my dad loves it. He says it is easy to use and works well. He is very happy with it and knows he will use it for a long time due to the sturdy construction of the tool. Not only that but I was surprised by the customer service I received from this company. I received an email detailing the product and telling me an expected arrival date. Then a follow up email shortly after delivery checking in to make sure I received the product and everything was to my liking. It shipped out fast as well. Amazing would highly recommend purchasing this tool from this wonderful company.

Bought this a while back because when I saw a video ad for it, I KNEW it would be useful for some future project. And now it happened. Was in the middle of laying a ceramic tile floor. There is one wall that is at an angle. I was struggling trying to figure out how to mark the tile to cut it—and then remembered I had bought this handy angle tool. It worked perfectly!!! I did not even go back to read the instructions. The seller also provided a link to a handy instructional video but I have not needed it yet. So glad I had this angle tool!! It saved me a lot of time, frustration, and miscue tile with measuring my angle cuts!! I used the tool again for the same wall when it was time to install the base and shoe moldings. Love this new tool!!

This angle finder ruler, or whatever they are commonly called, works as simple shown in the videos. And, best of all, it alleviates the multiple measure-cut-repeat, actions. I measure once - adjusting it to the angle or wall I'm working on - and it fits the first time. Ok, maybe the second time after a slight adjustment, if there are small bumps or imperfections in the piece being measured. But, it definitely saves time measuring corners and walls that are not quite straight.The adjustment of the ruler is easy with the thumbscrews. Also, the aluminum construction is durable to my klutzy hands.Definitely a great gift idea for any handyman.

I am a professional landscape contractor who purchased this tool for various applications. It works great for finding angles while cutting 6x6 timbers, blocks, and pavers to name a few. Just make sure to align the tool properly and double check your marks before cutting. This tool is thick,yet lightweight and the storage bag is good quality as well. We will be purchasing more of these for spares.What really made me give the tool a 5 star is the customer service. The first tool I received was broken, it looked like a fork lift had ran through the box. I emailed the seller, and they promptly sent me a replacement. Very professional and highly appreciated.

Incredibly useful! The time and money I could have save myself over the year is priceless had I always used this tool! Easy to use, no technical skill needed, I used it for trim around a very uneven treehouse with millions of odd cuts and it was a lifesaver! Its worth 10x’s the price considering the time it saves on eyeballing or fumbling with multiple measuring devices. I’ve used the wood measuring sticks and once I used this there was just no comparison and never going back. Oh and the company’s building blocks of family run are not only humbling but inspiring as well.

I really want to love this, it does everything as advertised. It appears to be durable, well made. My biggest gripe is...one of the main features is that it should lock in place when you tighten the knobs. It either doesn't do a good job of it or you have to really hunker down and tighten it so it won't move when you transfer it from what you're measuring to what you're cutting. And if its that tight then its hard to loosen it (but still not super hard to move it, hard to describe).I'll definitely keep it and i'll definitely use it. I just wish it held the angle/shape better.

This is a fantastic tool for what it is designed for. And I found another use for this tool, as guide rails for my Fiber Laser. The Fiber Laser base plate has M6 holes on a 25mm pattern. The rails on the Strongman Angle Template are a perfect size for the M6 screws and to align the rails end with another rail or even at an angle. You can position the rails in virtually any position for precise alignment of your work.I purchase some M6x14mm Knurled Screws, Thumb Screws, Stainless Steel, Metric, 8 Pieces on Amazon that makes setup fast and easy. The large plastic washers that come with the Strongman Angle Template can be enlarged to fit the M6 Thumb Screws, this makes for a nice snug clamp down and won’t scratch the rails.I now have two uses for this great tool!

This tool was extremely useful for finding angles and transferring them to the flooring for cutting. It was great to use around door jams and finding odd angles around kitchen cabinets. Basically used it everywhere to transfer angles instead of assuming or trying to measure degrees and such, more accurate and less human error.It comes in a felt case with a draw string closure. However, I won't be storing mine in it. I'm keeping it prominent on my tool wall ready to use at a moments notice. It's definitely light enough and durable to keep in any tool box/bag/pouch. I would highly recommend this purchase!
