This map is a great gift for travelers - I gave it to my dad as a gift and he really loved it! I have another brand (it's a black background with gold foil) that I got as a gift a few years ago, but I ended up never hanging it becuase when you scratch it off, it is a thin material and looks all scraped. this one did not have that problem and is a much better quality.

Several states misplaced. Should probably get that corrected.

I love my scratch map! It's not the most accurate map ever but it's easy to scratch, it has all the flags in the bottom and it makes for a lovely inspirational map to frame and scratch as you keep on traveling. Certainly makes for a wonderful gift!

This is the best scratch off world map ever! We travel so much and were always looking for a fun and convenient way to celebrate all the places we have traveled! So much larger than we thought. This is the second map I have ordered from this company and am very please with its quality. The first map I ordered last year was for myself. The second map was ordered as a gift to give to friends who came from Brazil to visit me. It just seemed to be the perfect gift to give to someone who enjoys traveling as this couple does.

Nice quality map, but the border lines and country names scratch off....

Great gift for my nephew! My odopted nephew loves geography and is so thrilled to "track" everywhere he has been. So far he has scratched off S Korea and several US States as my brother takes his family camping in national parks a lot. I would recommend this for young kids as they learn about world geography.
