I got this specifically for the purpose of having something comfortably to sit on while doing crunches, easily moveable, And sturdy. So far so good! I busted my tailbone when I was little and it now protrudes making it very difficult to do sit ups or other seated exercises especially ones I have to lean back like Russian twists or v sits and such. This feels good! And I like that it has the c shape scoop to help with form I find my back and hips don’t get tweaked when doing exercises All in all very good! I’ve gotten mats before that folks and they within months completely tore open at the seams! I’m hoping this does not do that! It looks to be holding up well and is small enough I can move it on and off the mat I’m using to workout on!

A fantastic mat! I usually would use a little cushion to soften the blow on my tail bone. Saw this mat and thought I'd give it a go. Best money I've spent! Encourages great form and posture and takes all that painful pressure away from my tail bone! Love this mat !

Recieved item less than 2 hours of ordering. Package was secure in 2 x boxes. Quality product. Functions how its designed too. Good back support with sterdy internals. Material is thick. I would recommend this Ab Exerciser if looking for one to purchase.
