Works exactly as advertised
This works great on pc with all my controllers. I have windows 10 and I use this with my emulators.Works great with:WiiU Pro ControllerJoycons (Can only use one side at a time)Switch Pro Controller8bitdo SF30 ProXbox OnePS4/PS5I would highly recommend for someone that likes using multiple controllers or a specific type of controller for either PC, Switch or Raspberry Pi.The couple cons for this device is that it wont remember the devices I've synced with it before. So when I switch to different controllers I have to sync again. The other con is that it wont pair to multiple controllers at once. Other than that I give it a 5 out of 5.

Works with Switch 2 with update
Works on Switch 2 also, but needs a firmware update by connecting it to a windows/Mac machine.

Tesla owners with Xbox controllers
For those trying to use this with your Tesla and xbox controllers:Before starting:- Make sure your controller is bluetooth.- Make sure your controller firmware is updated. If not you can update it using your xbox.- Teslas 2023 you need to connect the dongle on the gloveboxSteps:1.- Pair the controller and the dongle by pressing the sync button on dongle and controller at the same time. The controller will vibrate once the connection is established.2.- Open a game like Beach Buggy Racing. Don't do anything now. Just have the game on screen.3.- On the controller press select (The left small button on the center of the controller) and the down arrow on the directional pad (This is the pad with buttons that is at the bottom left). Hold for a few seconds until the controller is recognized by the game.4.- At this point you will see that the controller is working with Beach Buggy Racing. Now press again Select and right on the directional pad for a few seconds. The game will react to this change. This is to allow you to use the sticks correctly. If you don't do this step, the sticks won't work as expected and the game will be weird to play. After this you should be able to use your controller with any game on your Tesla. You can do this for 2 controllers as well (With 2 8btidos of course)

Great for PS3 and Ps4 controllers
I hot this to use my BT controllers from my PS3 - 5 controllers but it works great with the PS3 and 4 controllers but on the 5 it will work then stop then work then stop again, so use only ps3 and 4 controllers. I know people say it works great with Xbox and Xbox 1 controllers but the new Xbox I think it does the same like it does with the ps5 controllers. Other than that it's a great adapter. Remember it only can connect to one controller at a time.

Works well for gaming, but not for 2022 Tesla Model Y
I purchased to use specifically with 2022 Tesla Model Y and it did not work, returned and swapped for the older model, which works perfectly. Giving 5 stars since the product isn't intended for Tesla specifically and for use on a PC it worked perfectly. As mentioned, the older (orange version) of the 8BitDo Wireless USB adapter works with my 2022 Tesla Model Y at the time of this writing.

Tesla FAIL
I found this item in one of those best of articles that said I could use this to enable my 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range to use my wireless Nintendo Switch controllers to play games on the Tesla infotainment system instead of having to plug in controllers and use up all of the USB ports to use multiple controllers.I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but it did not work. Here’s what I did. I plugged it into the USB port in the glove box because that is the only USB port with data capability in the 2022 Model Y. Yes, I know that the center console ports are supposed to have data, but during the chip shortage and Covid pandemic supply chain issues Tesla quietly delivered their vehicles without data capability at the middle console ports. So I plugged this device into the only data capable USB port, the one in the glove box that typically holds the storage drive for sentry mode videos. I then attempted to use my wireless Nintendo Switch controllers to no effect. Maybe I was supposed to do something else? Maybe there were some other steps? I was unable to find any instructions online as to what I did wrong or what I was supposed to do, but the product did not work for this purpose. Now, it should be said that I do not think the manufacturer promised me that it would work for this purpose. It was an article unrelated to this manufacturer that said this is the best product for this purpose. So, I guess this bad review should really go for that article and not for this product but the article writer didn’t ask me for a review and Amazon did, so…there you go.

It's a simple question, doctor: would you eat the moon, if it were made of ribs? I know I would.
It's a simple question: Do you want your things to work? If yes, then buy this dongle thing by 8bitdo. It worked within 6 minutes of me unpacking it from its amazon bubble wrap and subsequent paper carton. We've all been there. You have your thing, it's flashing, and it won't communicate with your other thing. Grinds my gears. But use this thing, plug it in to the other thing, it will start flashing, and everything will work. Walla walla Washington.

Not what I expected
Instructions were confusing, item feels cheaply made compared to other products from the same company, and it doesn’t connect brands I thought it covered. The ones it does connect do work.
