Simple way to color white chocolate
We used it in our bakery to color white chocolate into pastel colors. It worked great. Used the white chocolate to coat cake pops and strawberries. No streaking or color separation. Also no added taste. Would definitely buy again.

too thick not for chocolate at all
I would give a 0 if I could. These colorings suck! They make the chocolate thick and a weird consistency so it makes dipping treats a lot harder. Don’t buy this invest invested quality colorings! They say they are oil based but when I used them they looked so thick like gel or something. They didn’t even mix good with the chocolate. I know oil based food coloring is expensive but these are NOT it they are a waste of time and money.
