Brought this for my husbands birthday present and we have both found it very informative. We are live aboard cruisers, and hopefully never find ourselves in the situations described, but if we do, we will be more prepared

Les versions antérieures de la traduction en français (Gallimard Ed., 1990 et 2002) du célèbre Adlard Coles (AC) sont ici refondues. C'est la version initiale récente en anglais, reprise mais plus sous la plume de AC. Belles évolutions,modernisées, mais explications au style moins net, avec des répétitions. Ce livre reste indispensable. Il fera aussi frémir les voileux.
