Q: Where do I buy extra mop heads? The whole purpose I am buying is because the mop heads are thicker.

I purchased the package with the 6 extra mop heads and the brush attachment.

Q: The cleaning side doesn't spin even when "unlocked"

Is the mop correctly in the bucket? I noticed that sometimes the mop doesn't spin if not properly in place.

Q: Why don't you offer replacement parts, especially the mop head and handle? You claim that this mop head doesn't scratch floors like other brands!

As far as I know it uses the same mop heads as all the rest of spin mops
