First-- customer service...... I contacted them-- the first clock-- the glass was broken. Two days later; I had a perfect clock waiting to go on the wall.The clock is very easy to assemble-- does require a battery. It keeps perfect time! It is absolutely stunning!

Straight of the horror movies where a couple moves into an old fashioned, beautifully furnished yet slightly spooky house. It is perfection and as another plus, does not come with any spooky passengers which include loud ticking at night! Small amount of assembly.

Looks nice, quality is a little cheap of the pendulum but the rest is heavy.

This wall clock looks great in my living room. It looks like it could be a family heirloom, or something from a wealthy person's estate sale. That ma6y be a strange way to describe it but it’s the closest thing I can think of to describe the overall vibe of this clock. It just looks, and so far, functions great.The clock takes two AA (double A) batteries, has a sweeping seconds hand that doesn’t tick, which I personally prefer in a space where quiet concentration is often needed.I really love this clock, from the top and bottom finials to the matching designs on the pendulum, and the overall classic look. I can’t express enough about how much I love this clock. Recommended!

This clock is gorgeous! I'm obsessed with anything clock related. It's beautiful, easy to use and set the time, takes 2 batteries, and looks great on my wall. It swings nicely and is quiet. You can't hear it move at all.
