I like these pens. They are easy on the fingers and seem to work a long-time. They are a good value for the cost.

Great pens

I'm usually a PaperMate customer but recently was given a couple of these Bic Softfeels. I've been pretty satisfied by most aspects of this ballpoint pen, such as a comfortable and secure grip, ink darkness, smooth writing, security and durability of the shirt pocket clip, and longevity of the ink supply. I decided to try a dozen of these Bics, expecting to pay around $10-12. I was quite surprised that we get 36 pens for this money. The only negative, which is likely not even worth mentioning, is that the refill is an opaque white plastic, not a clear plastic. I like to check the ink supply from time to time. I think that the reviewers who downgraded the product to 1-star because they didn't receive enough blue ink pens to please them are probably people who love to nitpick. If they wanted "blue" there's a way to order blue ballpoints. Bic never promised that this product was split 50-50. In all, I recommend this pen for check writing, crossword puzzles and most applications I can think of. I should mention that while this pen is specified as having a 1.0 mm nib, it behaves much more like a 1.2 mm nib in terms of breadth of stroke. I have avoided 1.0 pens in the past as they have too fine a point and can be scratchy on the paper. These Bics are NOT like that if this is important to you.

I expected 18/18 split between black and blue but got 24/12. Pens do feel cheap and don’t look like they have a lot of ink

Very nice. These pens make writing simple. No ink marks at all. Very useful full for daily use.

Smaller than I imagined in size especially for my big hands. But writes ok.
