This item failed a week ago and I need to buy a new one - this item is not a brand name and I realized that however I expected it to last longer.

Fuser not recognized by printer
Simple as that. Didn't work - returned. Ordered (more expensive) genuine part from HP and it worked right away. Get what you pay for I guess.....

should have bought an HP fuser kit. Cannot use purchase
Should have known anything other than the manufacturers product would be useless. Never again will I be a substitute. This was my first time and my last.
