Took the neck pain away
I was having neck pains before I purchased now pain is gone due to the neck support. Memory foam is thick and washable, it doesn’t lose it shape due to washing it.

Great for pinched sciatica, L4, L5 S1 injury
Having an L4 L5 S1 back damage with a pinched sciatica, taking Nissan on my international flights prevented flareups and made travel much easier

Not quite as comfortable as I was hoping
I really like the lumbar back support, but the seat portion is only comfortable for short periods of time.

The media could not be loaded. Reviewing this straight out of the mailbox after sitting on it for about an hour or two while working.It's a great relief. Good balance of firmness va softness. Would prefer the seat cushion was taller as it flattens with time/pressure but that's just my preference. That said, the back cushion is basically perfect.I think this would fit well on most standard chairs in America.If you're a larger person, the seat cushion might not do the trick.Seems worth the money.Thumbs up included in photos for size reference. Includes pic lf what it looks like after about an hour or so of me sitting on it. I've also included a video of me squishing it to give the idea of how firm it is to help others.Context - 5'3", 158 lbs, 33 yo, cis female with chronic back and neck pain.

Bought for work chair
Purchased for my chair at work. Not sure if it's how I sit, or what, but I find I kind of slip off of the seat and have to reposition myself frequently. Also, the stretchable strap that secures the back cushion keeps stretching more and more. Have to keep tightening the strap. I'm afraid I won't be able to adjust it anymore. I'll have to figure it something else at that point.For the most part, they are comfortable and hold their shape.
