These are really amazing boots. You can control so much from the app, like which zones to use, how much pressure for each zone, and how long you want to use them. As a long time runner this is a must have for recovery. It feels like you're getting a massage! It's not too noisy, the battery life is pretty decent and doesn't take too long to recharge, and it's very easy to use. No reason to not get them! Also, the hip attachment is nice too. Guys beware, when using the hip attachment make sure to put the furniture on the top floor if you catch my drift. Just get them out the way for safety reasons.

So I went to the website and see they sponsor professional athletes like Fernando Tatis Jr. It’s a quality product when superstar athletes will put their face behind a product.There are leg compressors half the price but this gives you different multiple pressure options instead of 3 like the other ones. That's why I think it cost double the competition and the materials is high quality.It goes up to 110 mmhg in pressure which is enough but there is a boost function where you can add a 10mmhg boost on a certain location on your leg if you need more pressure.The leggings are long. I’m 5’10” and I just fit in them and I still have some slack.I use it every night in bed for 60 minutes. I don’t know if it really does anything to my muscles but it relaxes me and my legs feel great in the morning.

I use these after intense taekwondo or peloton workouts and they help my muscles recover so much faster. I can actually walk on day 2 with the Normatec recovery. The hip attachment has been a pleasant surprise - huge relief from standing at my desk in addition to workout recovery. I’m glad I bought the package.My only regret is not buying them sooner.Battery lasts several sessions. I average 30 minutes a session and can frequently get 8+ sessions before needing a recharge.

After spending $1,500 on a compression system. One, I would expect to receive a working device. However, both the boot, and the arms didn't work. I decided to go through hyperices customer service, because places usually prefer that. However I've been working with them for over a week and I still don't have a working device. They get you to test all the equipment. Then after you test all the equipment which takes some time, they then get you to video tape it. It would be nice to know that they wanted you to video it beforehand. So you don't waste your time. Then they ask for more information! Then more information! Meanwhile you have spent $1,500 and still don't have a working device! Not quick responses. Nothing to actually Remedy the situation as of yet. This is ridiculous for spending this amount of money on something. I will say I've tried it at a gym before and it is really nice. I'm just really upset at the customer service and the fact that I got a faulty machine.

I was a little skeptical at first, thinking how good can an AIR MASSAGE really be? Boy, was I surprised. I think it helps with blood flow, which helps with recovery and warm-ups. I definitely do not feel as sore when I am using these regularly. Maybe it helps with decreasing lactic acid build-up? I'm not the best at stretching as thoroughly as I should, although I do also regularly foam roll.Anyway, I'm not 100% sure it's worth the big price tag, but I had a lot of FSA funds leftover that I needed to spend, and I'm very glad I did!There is also an app where you can customize which zones get used, which came in very handy when my sister or mom wanted to use it, as their legs weren't as long (you can choose which zones are activated). Without the app, all five zones would fill, making it very painful when the top part started filling because it wasn't fitting properly.

Happy: I think the functionality of the article is excellent, being able to control it from the app, the functions to work all parts of the body are excellent. You can also see the quality of all the parts of the product, the boot, the air hoses, the backpack, very good. Pain Relief It's good, not a 5/5 but maybe a 2.5/5. Relaxation 2.5/5. Ease of use yes, for sure.but...UPSET; I was disappointed to realize that the pressure provided by the equipment was not much, other much cheaper pressotherapy boots made more pressure than this one, and for the cost of this equipment I found it disappointing. The battery life is also very bad, 02 sessions of 50 minutes and you have to charge the battery again.
