I love the way this color turned out on my dogs. It was easy to use. It lasts for 20 washes which I think it’s a long time. The bottle is small but you don’t need a lot of product applied on the hair, just a little color goes a long way and is very effective. The product isn’t sticky it almost feels like a water color. The color lasts if you leave it on for 20 minutes and if it’s wrapped in aluminum foil, you’ll get a more vibrant color.

1st time user & I do need practice lol. Wore latex & dishwashing gloves & colored my dogs in the kitchen sink. I wore double gloves because I was afraid it might stain my nails ( natural not fake ).Make sure you shake thoroughly! It will look white while mixing . Use a bowl that you don't mind if it stains because it may not come out, although it did after a run through the dishwasher. I applied with a make up brush on my 4 lb dog's face because he's lost all color and he looks old beyond his years. Didn't like the job I did so I waited 3 days and redid it and I need to work on my technique. 🤦🏻‍♀️Used it also on my yorkie to keep her back black instead of silver. It looks harsh at 1st but the color softens. I do mean vivid black !!! They went swimming a week later and it didn't fade out in the water.No skin issues. No awful smell. I covered one dog with a towel because I was only doing his face. Then for the yorkie I left the door open so the Texas heat kept her from getting chilled. Covered their eyes with a washcloth to rinse. Did not see any eye irritation, scratching, pawing, rubbing on furniture or redness afterwards.I'm on a very tight budget but when I can afford it? I'm buying the brown color as well. Very pleased with the results. Was intimidated because I'm not the type to even dye my hair so this was breaking ground for us. Keep the dye in the box in a ziploc bag just in case of staining. Had some on my elbow but it washed off quickly and I didn't even notice it.It's been about 3 1/2 weeks and I see some of the lighter color coming through. However on the yorkie that might because I did not saturate her hair since I wanted to make sure she did not have a reaction to the dye.I plan to stay with this brand & as I mentioned I will buy the brown after I balance next month's budget to blend in some of the colors.Great product. 💯 recommend.

This is an excellent product that I have used on my pet to cover his light-brown bi-color highlights. Rather than applying it myself, I rely on a professional groomer who consistently achieves outstanding results with this product. The outcome enhances my pet's appearance considerably.

I loved this dye for my Shih Tzu dog, I would have liked it to come in a kit, meaning gloves and a brush since it stains your hands and is hard to remove... but the color is really strong. I bought the fuchsia, it's incredibly long-lasting, it doesn't stain after washing and drying. I was worried about it because my furniture is white. It's easy to use and works well.

Dying animals can be harmful if you are using human hair dye. I’ve seen people with straw for hair because of the dye we use. It’s dangerous!This is a safe alternative for your pets. Easy application and takes much less time than other dyes. Last for a long time too! The colors are very vibrant! Functions just as it should.Highly tecommeneddd

This hair color is amazing and bright. I used it on my border collie and it was bright and lasted. He didn't love it but that is what happens when you are a groomers baby.

Wear gloves!!! My hands were pink immediately and stayed stained for 3 days. The smell is reminiscent of paint, and the consistency was much thinner than human hair dye so it could have easily gotten everywhere if not careful. All that being said, the color came out super cute! It does lean purple which I was surprised to see since my dog's tail where I dyed it was paper white beforehand. Crossing my fingers that nobody mistakes my girl for a boy anymore with her pink tail!
