Overall very pleased. Heats very fast. I typically use the first or second setting which is usually enough. Figure under 20 seconds it’s heated up. 3 distinct vibration settings, one constant, the other two intermittent pulsating. Fit wise it’s comfortable. The controller can be a bit bulky if you wear it under a shirt but generally not in the way of movement. I generally run 1-2 cycles, which are 15-minute intervals apiece. You can get 1-2 more intervals out of a single charge but beware if you’re running high heat and constant vibration the battery life will be impeded as it is wireless after all. However for the 30 minute sessions at low to medium heat and one constant vibration and one pulsating this works like a charm and charges full in about 30 minutes. From completely dead battery it’ll take several hours to fully charge. I’ve used it typical twice a day, so hour total every day going on a few months with zero issues. Dont really see a point for the Bluetooth/app so have not downloaded it. There’s 3 heat/3 vibration settings, not exactly complex stuff here to need an app to control it. Definitely recommend it as part of a recovery program, this has helped quite a bit in combination with other steps to mitigate back pain.

This thing is awesome. +The velcro does a good job securing the wrap where I can easily walk around with this without it falling. +Heats up pretty quickly. It has 3 heat settings. The 3rd is really hot and I can only use it for a minute or so. 2nd is the sweet spot for sure and I actually end up sweating sometimes. 1st setting gets noticeably warm. Goodbye heating gel pads. +Vibrating/Massaging works well. Really prevents my back from getting stiff while I'm sitting at my desk, so after I get up after a long work session, I'm not bent over in discomfort. I even wore it while driving to the store to prevent that stiffness after the drive. +Battery life seems pretty good. Can get a few sessions in before needing to charge. Honestly can't think of any cons other than this not being able to do cold treatment, but that's crazy.

Fantastic product! I get periodic back spasms and end up just suffering through the day. This rechargeable back heating and massage worked great. I can select 1-3 different heat settings; but 2 is hot enough. I also will cycle through the 3 different massage settings to work through the muscle. Worked better than I expected. Very comfortable and secure to wear it and I am sure it reduced the duration of the pain. No problem with battery life.

Heat level 2 with massage level 1 is my sweet spot—especially after a round of golf. What really sets this apart for me is how it delivers targeted relief to my lower back without the awkward contortions required to use a massage gun. For anyone looking to loosen up their lower back and make stretching more effective, this was a solid investment.

This product is good but not great. I saw some reviewers say it didn't fit - I could definitely see this not fitting someone small. I'm a big guy and it fits me well. The vibration is pretty good but wish it was a little stronger. The odor of the neoprene is definitely there but I don't view that as a significant issue that I can't deal with. Finally the level 3 heat is HOT - I wear this over a polo shirt and can only take level 3 for 5ish minutes before I need to turn the intensity down. Level 2 heat I wish was a little hotter - need something between level 2 and 3 so I don't need to toggle back and forth. As far as comparison to similar products on the market I think this is probably the best.

My wife has chronic back pain, so I bought this for her for Christmas. She loves it!!! It heats up fast and can get quite hot! She loves the massage modes. The last one she had, she had to plug it in so being battery powered is a plus. We’ll see how long the battery lasts between charging. But so far so good! She’s happy then I’m happy! Great purchase!

I have another one of their products for the back, which I use every day, and so helpful, so when my knee started bothering me, I checked out what they had, and purchased this one. The heat is pretty intense, so I usually keep it at a 1, which works for me. Sometimes I'll put it at 2 and then turn down to 1 when it starts getting too hot. The vibrations are nice, and I like that I can move it around to hit other areas. The only down side is it doesn't let you know when it's getting low on battery, like the back one does, so I guess you just need to charge it more often.

Pretty decent item. I'm glad I bought it, as its gotten me through some back pain when i needed it, but the battery life is just way too short to recommend. The massage function was amazing the first 2 times I used it, but never really seems to deliver after those uses. It works, buuuut not real well. 6 hour charge for 1.5 hours of heat (on level 2 only) just doesn't make the price tag worth it. But it DOES make me hopeful that they'll be able to make a better model in the future. I know battery life has got to be a tough consideration for their engineers when designing, but as a customer its the my biggest con for this item. The Bluetooth connection is nice but not really necessary. The app seems more like a sales platform than anything. The fact that its completely portable and TSA friendly is really nice for when you hop off a long flight.
