CanDo Ergonomic Hand Grip

Bought it to help with my grip strength and overall well being. Good quality. I like it.

I'm getting old (63) and feel as if I'm losing a bit of grip strength. I was careless-didn't realize I bought the "extra heavy" but glad I did, just the right resistance for me. After a few days I can tell reps are getting easer and muscles in both my hands and I feel forearms are getting a workout. Hopefully helps my grip when shooting, positive comments from handgun shooters was my inspiration to look at one of these. Grips could be a little bigger for my hands-but for the price I'm not complaining.

Very good grip exerciser. I bought this to replace my old one that finally broker after 20 years. Basic exerciser, but good quality and very good value. I bought the black (hardest). A little tough at first but after 2 weeks I have built up to its resistance. I am 5'10, 160 lbs and 67 years old so maybe use that as a yardstick. You don't want to buy one that is too easy and doesn't build strength (just my opinion) I definitely recommend this product and seller

I was so happy to get these, which are just like my 1970s version that movers stole. The range of motion is longer than some of the other brands out these, and no aluminum and no plasticizer coatings to invade your body or to get sticky with sweat- easy to clean and no rust so far. I wish that they made stronger than X-Heavy, but this is as good as the best that I haveI had before. I have used this type for 50 years, and chunked the others. y family is starting to appreciate them, too.

This is one of the strongest grippers I've squeezed, without crossing into the category with knurled metal handles like Captains of Crush grippers. Squeezing out more than thirty of forty reps in a row on this will take a serious athlete. That said, anybody who would want a gripper this strong is going to have hands that are larger than the handles it comes with. There's really no room for my pinky finger, and the plastic is so thin, it doesn't have enough contact to be comfortable to squeeze. All in all, it does what it's supposed to do, but I don't like using it because of the uncomfortably small handles.

Very strong and really gives your wrist a workout.

Garbage don't buy , the black handle turned the first day , meaning it's already broken .It has a strong spring but it's not the adults size, the size is like for a 10 years old kid hand, literally small and which is not in the specifications. If you are older than 10 years just don't buy it. Waste of money (garbage) . Hope Amazon calls for a product evaluation and the seller will stop selling this garbage , that's where I had to put it in the very first day .

i dont typically post reviews but i had to leave my two cents for these grippers..while theyre not the best quality or offer the highest resistance, i have to say that i get the most absolute insane forearm pumps with these and i can easily close a pair of 250lbs grippers which are my main training grippers atm..the trick is to do high reps with these in the 100s at a time, somehow this coil provides a pump i haven't experienced with any other forms of grippers. so even tho this is my second pair (the first ones broke after a few months of heavy usage) i still have to give them five stars.
