I am actually .... pleasantly surprised with how small this is! I just needed something to keep my emergency anxiety meds in, which are ITTY BITTY. The quality of the little fob is fantastic, no rough edges and it looks like legit titanium. Lightweight as the description says. And I don't have to worry about a thin little ring that will eventually break off like my last one. It gives me peace of mind to know I have my medication on me when I leave the house. I can even keep a couple of spares of my daily pills in case I forget to take 'em! Edit: After well over a month of regular carry, I wanted to update to say the seal has held up well to regular showering, with no water leakage at all! The one downside I've noticed is that with regular wear, the pills tend to get tossed around and sort of 'erode' into a powder. To prevent this, I took a tiny piece of cotton and put it in the bottom of the vial, then added the pills, then put another piece of cotton overtop the pills. This keeps them from bumping around and breaking apart. This is not an issue unique to this pill fob, but I figured I'd share this protip.

Great product. I keep my anaphylaxis meds in here on a neck chain. It’s durable & keeps the medication pills dry & does not come apart & open unless I want it to. Not heavy for my neck either.

I wear this everyday, the chain is strong and solid and the case has a great build quality. It's perfect for my needs.

It's pretty small. Works well for the pills I need to carry. It can even fit one larger capsule shaped pill. But it's not going to fit most tablet shaped pills like ibuprofen or something. Attractive, small enough and durable enough to keep on my keychain so I always have it on me. Seems to seal well and has a small gasket, but I haven't tested it submerged in water. Definitely would be enough for just incidental exposure like holding it out in the rain maybe even the shower. UPDATE: I've had this for about 2 1/2 years now and its still in perfect condition attached to my daily use keychain. No scratches or dents even. The spring clip ring has also retained it's springiness and has never inadvertently released. I have submerged it in shallow water once and it stayed totally sealed and dry. The only complaint is that the way the top part fits on the detachable part, the top is slight narrower inside so if like me your round pills just barely fit the width, the top section won't be able to hold any and additionally will press down on the outer part of the top pills when you close IR. So test how that affects your pills so you don't end up partially crushing them. But this is minor and it fits 3 of the pill I use it for, which generally I'm not going yo have more than 3 emergencies before I get a chance to fill it.

This item is the perfect size to hold a broken-in-half 325mg aspirin tablet and two nitro tabs. It's built as solid as a rock and is so small that I forget it's on my key ring.

Have worn this for the last two years,still looks like new and still air tight.....couldn't ask for more than that.....
