These are small. Cute one serving skillet cookie, but small, and only buy if you have a specific use in min.

Good portion size for pizzookies
It's a cast iron skillet. Get it wet, it'll rust. I bought them to make pizzookies for my kiddos. Worked great and a good portion size.

Love these mini cast iron skillets for Pizookies desserts.TL:DR : Season these and all cast iron skillets!For those saying their pans rust after initial wash, it's because you did not oil and season them immediately afterwards.These pans like most cast iron skillets are unseasoned out of the factory. You can tell because the pan is a dark grey not jet black.The seasoning process bakes a protective layer vegetable oil to the surface of the iron skillet making them non stick and some rust resistance.You still need to dry them after wash but you don't wash cast iron all the time. Simple wipe down while warm with oil and it's going to be ready for next time.Cast Iron is not Aluminum don't treat these like an aluminum or steel pan. Cast iron will rust on you if not careful but if taken care of you will pass these down to grandchildren.

Perfect for one egg.
Perfect for cooking one egg at a time.Put about 2 teaspoons of butter in each pan.Place in cold oven.Turn the temp to 325F.When the oven has reached 325F, take out the pans and crack an egg in each pan.Bake for 10 to 12 minutes (since oven temps may vary) for thoroughly cooked eggs.If you like your yolks runny or jammy, decrease the cooking time.You can also scramble a single egg and pour into an individual pan and bake it.When the eggs are done, run a knife or small spatula around the edges of the pan to loosen and then use a spatula to scoop out each egg.Great for making egg sandwiches.

These are nice mini, cast iron skillets. I was looking for small skillets to make our cookie skillets for Mother’s Day movie night and these will do. They’re smaller than expected, but perfect for individual desserts. Pretty good quality.
