UPDATE:The company reached out to me and was very, very helpful in sorting out the problems I was having. Keeping my original review below, but upgrading my review to reflect their excellent customer service.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The product was well packaged and the directions were clear. Once assembled it looks fine from a distance. But I had many problems with it.- The holes for fitting the side panels together were not large enough. Gently but firmly trying to slot the tabs into the holes caused the plastic to crack.- The door does not fit securely. A slight bump is enough to make it pop out of place.- The door does not open all the way without coming off entirely.- The tiered stand is very unstable and leans against the side of the case.Overall I am not impressed. This thing was not worth the price.

I was looking for something to put my figures in so that I could save space on my desk. Also so they wouldn't get dusty and could last for years. I like that the case mentions the length and width, so I could make sure it would fit on my monitor stand perfect. You do have to be very careful if you move it. My only complaint is the tiers/stairs because they are a little wobbly. But once you have it still it's not noticable.

I was looking for a display case to help organize and display a few small, metal aircraft. I liked this case because it wasn't expensive and it came in the size I wanted (it fits perfectly inside one of the IKEA Kallax shelf cubbies.The clear plastic case is thin and somewhat flimsy. The door is a nice feature, but also feels pretty flimsy. The shelves inside look nice, but again... flimsy. For my purposes, the shelves were spaced a little too close together. The lights that come with it didn't add much value for me, and I ended up just giving them to my kid to play with.Overall, I wish it was a little more solid and felt a little higher quality all the way around. I wish the shelves were slightly larger and spaced out a bit more. Once setup, it does looks decent. Since a display case is ultimately meant to sit there and look nice with minimal interaction, this does meet those requirements at an inexpensive price point.

For the $35, I pay for this shelf to display my hot sauce collection. I am very disappointed. It is incredibly flimsy and so unstable. When I cared into my basement, I had to move at a snail's pace to avoid popping out all the joints. If someone is looking for a product like this, they're better off building a bookshelf or buying a case made out of metal or a sturdier material

Spent 30 min assembling, wasn’t difficult, just took a ton of time wiping down the dust. At first I was kind of excited because thy even provided little white gloves with the cloth to handle it with and they actually fit my huge hands. But seconds after assembling it my worst fear was realized, the square pegs of the swing door are too large for the round holes in the cheap, what I’m assuming is particle board. Slowly came open once, then just as it started the journey back, the scraping grinding sound resulted in the corner of the base popping off (as illustrated in the picture) making the entire product worthless.A baby could have predicted this result. Bad/lazy engineering, should have been dealt with before going into production (I don’t expect too much from these cheap, likely Chinese mass productions, but this was glaring). Will be returning.Edit: Upon seeing this, a refund was offered, so a star was added. If it goes through, I’ll add a couple more. Very gracious of the sellerSecond edit: The refund went through, the merchant was very accommodating and even told me to keep the product, which isn’t ideal, but not totally useless, so I’ve added another star. They also mentioned sending the feedback to their engineers. Not entirely sure I believe it, but it was still nice to hear. If they fixed that issue I’d actually really liked these. They’re not super sturdy, but they’d do the job I want them for and my amiibo would look excellent on them. Just … not when it breaks the moment you assemble it. I’d love to get an alert from the company if the issue ever gets addressed and the square peg is made smaller or something

I wouldn’t but this again. It’s very cheaply made, the prices don’t line up correctly, the acrylic snapped into pieces when handled, don’t waste your money.

I took a chance with this display case despite all the bad reviews and I'm glad I did! I guess I was lucky that the item arrived without any big damage except a scratch on one of the side clear panels. The packaging is quite humble; it doesn't even come in a box, but the edges are padded. Every piece of the case is lined with plastic film that has to be removed. The assembly is not too difficult. Once put together the case looks very nice. It's smartly designed and quite a good bargain for the price.The only annoying thing during the assembly was the amount of manufacturing dust attached to all the pieces. Other than that, this is close to perfect!
