Finally, I found a pillow that actually relieved my neck issues!!! After so many purchases hoping something would alleviate my pain & sleepless nights from the herniated discs in my neck I nearly gave up. The Demelon Neck Pillow is a little odd looking....... firm but soft and holds your head in the perfect alignment. Have not woken up with the usual daily headache since I started sleeping on it and have slept all through the night which was a rarity! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!

Love how this supports my neck even when I switch from my back to my side and then back again. After using it for a while I tried using my satin pillowcase for my curly hair over it, and that was a terrible idea because I couldn't keep the pillow in the right position. Switched back to using a normal pillowcase and went right back to waking up with less neck pain.

It was comfortable when using for 2 weeks but discontinued its use after surgery.

yes it does align your spine but it does feel awkward to go from such high on your neck to such low on the top of your head. it took me 2 weeks at least to get used to the pillow but it was still not super comfortable & wouldn’t be my pillow of choice.

This pillow has been a game-changer for me. In the ~9 months before I bought it, I thought I was getting some sort of rapid-onset stenosis in my neck -- my neck had become painful, less mobile, and locking and "crackly". First,I I started taking a c15 supplement, which helped a lot-- but left (say) 30% of the issues. So I got this neck pillow, and within days I was feeling much better, and within a couple weeks the neck problems were virtually GONE! I'm talking 99.9% gone. I can't believe I didn't do this earlier. It's a little uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it within a few days. Just incredible value and a major "health hack".

I contacted the seller and I feel that I should share my message with potential buyers, so they don't suffer through what I went experienced. I was so excited to get my pillow but was disappointed that it is so soft and does not give any support at all. I was determined to like it though so I laid down on it to see if I could get used to the softness and have a good night's sleep. Shortly after laying down on the pillow, I started to get dizzy and very sick all over. I got out of bed but couldn't stay up because I was so sick and dizzy. When I laid back down and tried to relax, I smelled an odor from the pillow that was very much like some kind of strong chemical smell. I was able to get up and wrap the pillow in a large pillowcase making sure it had Mutiple layers. Although, I was still quite sick and dizzy, at that point, I didn't relate it to the pillow, I thought it was going to be okay then because I didn't smell the odor, so all seemed fine for a few minutes until the smell began to permeate through the new layers of pillowcase. I had to remove both the pillowcase and the cover and get them to my laundry room for washing. I completely removed the core from my house thinking it just needed to air out because it had been packed so securely in plastic probably since it was manufactured. Today, shortly after I brought the pillow back into my room before I could put the clean cover and pillowcase back on, I got sick and dizzy again, so I decided that I needed to contact you. There is no labeling on the pillow core, and I have not been able to find anything in the documentation as to what it is made from. It just looks like some kind of foam that expanded to that shape in a mold and because everywhere there may have been an air pocket or bubble, there is a hole. I read in the user manual that I should regularly take the cover off and air the core out to keep it fresh. Is keeping fresh the real reason or are you hoping people won't notice the chemical smell so much if they do that? It can't be good for anyone because of how sick it made me and believe me, when I tell you that I am not normally susceptible to smells but I got sick before the smell even hit me. Being dizzy and sick all over is not a comfortable place. I have never had that kind of a reaction to anything ever and I am 68 years old. You really need to stop selling these. You ask in the user manual not to contact Amazon if you are dissatisfied, that we should contact you directly so you can replace or refund the pillow, but I don't believe you just want to be a responsible vendor, I think you don't want the bad reviews to get to the Amazon Customers. The concept of your pillow is great, and it would be great if it wasn't so soft and flimsy, and you made it from a different product that does not harm the user. I feel like potential Amazon customers should know how bad these are so they can make informed decisions when it comes to the purchase. Yes, you really do need to stop selling them!

I've tried a plethora of cervical pillows of various types, and this is the only one that has gotten rid of my headaches. The only irritating part is not having a pillowcase that fits, but I plan to sew some.

This is by far the best pillow I have found for my neck. From the first time I tried it, my neck pain was a lot better in the morning. the angle on this pillow is perfect & the round part fits snuggly under my neck. This pillow has been a life savor for me. great support for my neck. If you have neck pain from a traditional pillow you should give this one a try. I wish they would make a pillow case that fits the pillow.
