If you’ve recently had your wisdom teeth removed, you need this ice pack in your life! I can’t even imagine going through the recovery process without it. After my surgery, this ice pack was a lifesaver. It’s not only effective, but it’s also surprisingly comfortable, making the whole recovery experience a lot more bearable. First off, the size is perfect! It’s big enough to cover both sides of my jaw, which is exactly what I needed. The gel inside the pack stays cold for a decent amount of time—about 30-45 minutes per application—so I didn’t have to keep swapping it out too often. The cold helps reduce swelling and pain, and I could really feel the relief after just a few minutes. It was especially comforting during the first few days when I was dealing with the worst of the swelling and discomfort. The fabric is soft and the straps make it easy to secure the ice pack around my face. No more awkwardly trying to hold an ice pack in place while I’m laying on the couch! It’s designed to fit comfortably and doesn’t feel too tight or restrictive, which is important when you’re already dealing with enough soreness. The only downside is that it takes a little while to refreeze the gel inside, but honestly, that’s a minor issue when the ice pack works so well. Plus, I just kept an extra one in the freezer for quick swaps, so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, I highly recommend this ice pack if you’re recovering from wisdom teeth surgery! It’s a simple yet essential product that really helps with reducing swelling and easing the discomfort. It made my recovery so much more manageable, and I can’t imagine going through it without it! Also, i bought 2 of them so i could alternate! It was essential for quick healing!

This shoulder ice pack is by far the most comfortable and long-lasting ice pack I have ever used. The cubed structure is so flexible that it allows the wrap to maintain excellent contact around your shoulder and upper arm, evenly cooling inflammation and reducing pain. The ice pack also provides about two hours of cooling. I have three of these ice packs, and if I change them out every two hours, I can have cooling relief on my shoulder all night. This is fantastic if you are dealing with shoulder inflammation or are post-rotator cuff surgery. The wrap is easy to slide into once the Velcro straps are set, and it is just as easy to slide back out of. The wrap comes with a reusable freezer bag to help prevent the material from absorbing any smells from the freezer. Overall, this is the most impressive ice pack for shoulders I have ever used, and after three rotator-cuff surgeries, I have used quite a few.

Great ice pack. Out of the freezer it’s the perfect temp to ease my pain.It’s easy to use and I’m glad that it has no Velcro to stick to the wrong things. Stays in place thanks to the tie straps. It stays cool long enough to give me pain relief . It is odor free and great value for my money.

Just got this today. Have used it twice. So far so good. I love that it has little squares of ice. With it being used in my shoulder and arm the coldness stays in place. Gravity doesn’t bring the gel down. It is pretty comfortable and the material is a soft feel. I like that the part that goes on the arm. It is easy to use. Helps to relieve the pain in my shoulder and arm. Also comes with a ziplock storage bag that is great to hold it while in the freezer. I’m 5’3 and it is a good fit. Not too big.

Worth every penny! I tore my rotator, ruptured my short bicep and tore my long bicep and this ice pack saved me after my surgery. It’s a very comfortable, it conforms to the shoulder and bicep perfectly. It’s extremely lightweight and it stays cold for two hours which of course is longer than you need it but when you put it back in the fridge after 20 minutes of use and it’s ready to go again in 20 minutes (ice cold) so you only need to purchase one. I threw three other’s away after I found this one. Ice is the only thing that relieves pain & inflammation after surgery, there’s absolutely zero leakage and the cover is very soft. The Velcro straps are perfectly positioned tostay on.

I have several different ice packs and this is the best one. It covers my whole shoulder and stays in place nicely, due to the cube like sections. It's very flexible and stays cold for about an hour. Nice cold penetration without getting wet. I had shoulder replacement and am in an immobilizer, so can't really make the others seem to fit and stay in place. This one is weighty enough that you don't really have to use the straps, although the velcro is substantial and sticks to my immobilizer if needed. Wish I'd just ordered two of these.

Don't let the 3 stars throw you. I only use this cold for migraines and fibromyalgia. I love this product but after one week the longevity decreased significantly. It has a silky fabric with a lot of stretch and clasp to keep it around you if want to move around while wearing it which is good for anyone with a larger neck. The cubes are flexible and comfortable to lay on. I keep it the freezer in the bag provided. It gets about as cold as a bag of peas. Week one it would still be cold 1 hr out of the freezer after intermittent use and laying out at 70° room temp. Week 2 I'm getting about 30 minutes of of cold before needing to go back in the freezer. For the price, it goes above and beyond. It does a great job calming down swollen neck muscles and its large enough to place anywhere on the back and would work with any body part it just didn't get cold enough to help with a severe migraine but It's a great product to have on hand. Definitely recommend
