Q: Do you have to brew this coffee, or can you just drinking this with hot water like instant coffee?

You must Brew this one. Cold brew or regular hot brew works great. I love it! They also have an instant. Different product.

Q: In the description above, it says add "one teaspoon" on the back of the bag it says "3 tablespoons" for 8 oz of water. What's actual serving size?

I would definitely do 2 to 3 Tablespoon for 8 oz. We use french press and have been doing 3T. for 12 oz just depending on how strong you want it. This has been our desired strength in coffee taste and I like strong coffee flavor.

Q: Is your lion’s mane flavor low fodmap?

Hi, I reached out to Four Sigmatic customer service ho offered the following response: Thank you so much for reaching out to us today! I am not a registered dietician however, depending on type of mushroom and amount consumed, I'm not sure our products (Lion's Mane included) would be off limits for a low FODMAP diet. I would recommend just checking in with your qualified health professional to be sure if the specific product you're interested in would work ok for you! In case it helps with this conversation, all of our mushrooms are extracted and the extraction process occurs with both hot water as well as alcohol so all the beneficial mushroom compounds are bioavailable :) If there's a specific Lion's Mane product you're interested in as well, just let me know and I can send over the dosage amount of mushroom extract per serving as well! Q: what temperature is best to brew this coffee at?

The best temperature to brew the coffee is between 195 F and 205 F. The closer to 205 F the better. Don't use boiling water as it will burn the coffee.
